【摘要】:医院资源计划(Hospital Resource Planning)是医院引入ERP(Enterprise ResourcePlanning企业资源计划)的成功管理思想和技术,融合现代化管理理念和流程,整合医院已有信息资源,,创建一套支持医院整体运行管理的统一高效、互联互通、信息共享的系统化医院资源管理平台。 本课题中的医院固定资产管理系统,是医院综合运营管理系统(简称HRP)子系统之一,以满足南方医科大学珠江医院固定资产管理的需求为目标,针对我院固定资产管理的现状和信息化要求,设计实现一套操作简单、使用的固定资产信息管理系统。本课题要反映固定资产的两种运动状态,物质运动状态和价值运动状态,以便于使用者、管理者和决策者比较清晰地掌握资产的运动过程;涵盖固定资产管理的各个方面,做到全面、动态的管理;改善资产管理人员的工作强度,提高工作效率,为领导层提供决策依据。 在本课题中,本人司分析人员一职,并参与功能测试工作。在项目前期,先通过跟班作业、开调查会、询问、需求调查表和查阅与原系统有关的数据记录等方式进行需求获取,形成《用户需求说明书》,然后使用Sybase Powerdesigner进行概念数据模型设计,在将系统分解为若干子模块,确定各子模块的目标、功能及其相互关系,最后负责利用黑盒测试法进行软件产品的功能测试,并形成测试报告。 本系统采用B/S结构,以我院现有配置的服务器及主流的WINDOWS SERVER服务器操作系统作为基础,客户端操作系统为Windows98/XP/Vista/Windows7/Windows8,客户端PC机为主流办公PC,数据库采用SQL SERVER,程序开发语言为JAVA。 本系统主要通过建立设备档案,对设备购置计划、招标、合同、审批、付款、安装调试、使用、计量、维修、提取折旧、报残进行全程的记录和管理。同时,该系统符合医院新财务、会计制度对固定资产管理的要求;根据预算批准项目进行招标采购;进行条形码管理,对设备增加、减少、盘盈、盘亏进行核算,期末产生报表;对大型设备进行单机核算及耗材的核算与管理,并做出效益评价和分析;实现固定资产管理与财务系统、成本管理系统、HIS系统等其他业务子系统之间的数据共享。 该系统的设计及开发将实现我院固定资产的全过程管理,规范日常工作流程,提高办事效率,并可为领导层提供决策依据。
[Abstract]:Hospital Resource planning is the successful management idea and technology of introducing ERP(Enterprise ResourcePlanning enterprise resource planning, which integrates the modern management idea and process, and integrates the existing information resources of the hospital. To establish a systematic hospital resource management platform which supports the overall operation and management of the hospital, which is highly efficient, interconnected and information sharing. The hospital fixed assets management system in this subject is one of the subsystems of the hospital comprehensive operation management system (HRPfor short), which aims to meet the demand of the fixed assets management in Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University. In view of the present situation and information requirement of the fixed assets management in our hospital, a set of fixed assets information management system is designed and implemented, which is simple to operate and uses. This subject should reflect the two kinds of movement state of fixed assets, material motion state and value motion state. In order to facilitate users, managers and decision makers to grasp the movement of assets more clearly, covering all aspects of fixed asset management, achieve comprehensive and dynamic management, improve the work intensity of asset managers, improve work efficiency, Provide decision-making basis for the leadership. In this project, I am an analyst, and participate in the function testing. In the early stage of the project, we first through the following work, open an investigation meeting, ask, The requirement questionnaire and the data records related to the original system are used to obtain the requirements, and the user requirement statement is formed. Then the conceptual data model is designed with Sybase Powerdesigner, and the system is decomposed into several sub-modules. The goal, function and relationship of each sub-module are determined. Finally, the function test of software product is carried out by using black box test method, and the test report is formed. The system adopts the structure of B / S, based on the existing server and the mainstream WINDOWS SERVER server operating system, the client operating system is Windows 98 / XP / Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8, the client PC is the mainstream office PC, the database is SQL server, and the program development language is Java. The system records and manages the equipment purchase plan, bidding, contract, examination and approval, payment, installation, commissioning, use, metering, maintenance, depreciation extraction, residue reporting, etc., through the establishment of equipment files, bidding, contracts, approval, payment, installation and commissioning, use, measurement, maintenance, extraction of depreciation, and reporting of residues. The system meets the requirements of the new financial and accounting system of the hospital for the management of fixed assets; bidding and purchasing according to the budget approval project; carrying out barcode management; accounting for equipment increase, reduction, profit and deficit, and producing statements at the end of the period; Single machine accounting and consumable material accounting and management for large equipment are carried out, and benefit evaluation and analysis are made, and data sharing among other business subsystems such as fixed assets management and financial system, cost management system and his system is realized. The design and development of the system will realize the whole process management of the fixed assets of our hospital, standardize the daily work flow, improve the work efficiency, and provide the decision basis for the leadership.
