【摘要】：项目成本管理作为项目管理的重要内容,在现代施工企业管理工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本论文结合国内外项目成本管理基本理论,深入研究中建一局总承包公司的项目成本管理现状及存在问题,建立项目成本管理集成模型,提出了项目成本管理全过程、参与方和全要素集成的改进方案。在投标成本、目标成本、计划成本、成本分析和成本考核等管理环节提出项目成本管理全过程集成改进方案。从设计方、业主方和分包分供方等方面提出成本参与方的集成管理改进方案。根据成本、质量、工期、环保和安全等因素提出项目影响成本要素的集成管理改进方案。运用这些改进方案对A项目的成本管理工作进行案例分析,并提出了解决A项目成本管理问题的全过程、参与方和全要素的改进方案。中建一局总承包公司项目成本管理工作要综合运用集成管理思想,从全过程、参与方和全要素等方面进行持续不断的改进,改善管理现状,解决目前存在的问题,不断提高项目成本管理水平,提升公司盈利能力。
[Abstract]:As an important part of project management, project cost management plays a more and more important role in the management of modern construction enterprises. This paper deeply studies the current situation and existing problems of the project cost management of CCIC, establishes the integrated model of project cost management, and puts forward the improvement scheme of the whole process of project cost management, the integration of participants and all elements, and the cost of bidding. Target cost, planning cost, cost analysis and cost assessment, etc., put forward the project cost management process integration improvement scheme. The owner and sub-supplier put forward the cost participant's integrated management improvement plan. According to the cost, quality, time limit, etc. Environmental protection and safety and other factors are proposed to improve the integrated management of project cost factors. Using these improvement schemes to analyze the cost management work of project A, the whole process of solving the cost management problem of project A is put forward. The project cost management work of CCIB General Contracting Company should use the integrated management thought synthetically, and continuously improve the whole process, the participants and the whole elements, and improve the management status quo. Solve the existing problems, improve the project cost management level, improve the profitability of the company.
