【摘要】：正中央经济工作会议将降成本作为今年经济工作五项任务之一,充分说明这项工作的重要性。这里说的降成本不同于以往传统观念中的成本管理。我们应该更新观念、提高认识,从更高层次、更广领域、更重要的意义上正确理解和实施降成本。传统观念中的降成本主要是指实体经济中产品的生产制造过程中节约开支、降低消耗,即降低产品的制造成本。以钢铁工业为例,开展十多年的对标
