基于JSP项目管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着21世纪计算机科技的飞速发展,也促使其他学科领域和计算机科学技术也得到了前所未有的发展。项目管理学也从管理中分离出来,成为一门专业的学科领域,并在近几年的发展中,形成了比较完整的理论和方法。从项目管理系统定义来看,项目管理是为一款新的产品而进行的临时管理工作。项目管理主要是将现有的理论、方法与技术在产品项目中应用,以促使项目顺利的完成。由于项目的差异性,项目管理在不同项目中的行为存在着很大的差异性。但是在不同项目管理中要存在很多的共同点。在对各种项目管理中不同应用方法进行总结与改进,逐步形成了一套比较完整的项目管理知识与理论。无论在企业中,还是在个人生活中,通过对项目管理学的使用和学习,可以使用方法和更低的时间管理成本去完成各种项目的管理工作。本文的研究重点是项目管理在实际项目中的使用,并根据具体使用情况改善本文的项目管理系统。本文研究的主要内容包括项目管理中的许多方面,其中主要包括项目中基本信息管理,合同管理以及施工过程管理等。项目管理系统中的基础信息管理主要是维护和管理项目类型,框架通信协议类型、外协类型、费用类型和文档类型管理等。这些信息包含了项目中的一般类型。项目管理模块主要是主体工程和单项工程两种信息的审批和管理,所有主体工程和单项工程的申请和审批都通过这个模型进行。合同管理模块主要是维护施工合同和外协合同的信息。施工过程管理主要是针对工程的决策,工程周报管理主要进行流程管理。企业通过对项目管理系统的使用,可以很方便的去管理企业的各种项目问题,这样可以使企业项目管理上大大的提高管理效率,而且也减少了企业在管理上的疏漏,大大提高了企业的国际竞争力。本系统主要由6个模块组成:基础信息管理模块、合同管理模块、施工管理模块、外协管理模块、借款管理模块、成本管理模块。其中合同管理模块由施工合同录入模块、施工合同审批模块、施工合同查询模块、外协合同录入模块、外协合同审批模块、外协合同查询模块等模块;施工过程管理主要包括新建计划任务书、计划任务书审批、计划任务书查询、工程决算、工程决算审批、工程决算查询、工程周报、工程周报审批、工程文档查询等内容;外协管理模块主要有新建外协计划、外协结算管理、外协计划查询、外协结算登记、外协结算审批和外协计算记录等模块,外协管理是公司项目管理中一个比较重要的模块;借款管理主要包括借款和还款两个大的模块。借款管理主要是由于企业的项目临时在资金上有写紧张,需要向总公司或者银行提出借款需求来保证项目的顺利进行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer science and technology in the 21st century, other disciplines and computer science and technology have also been unprecedented development.Project management is also separated from management, and has become a professional subject field. In recent years, more complete theory and method have been formed in the development of project management.From the definition of project management system, project management is temporary management for a new product.Project management is mainly to apply existing theories, methods and techniques in product projects to facilitate the smooth completion of the project.Because of the difference of project, the behavior of project management in different projects is very different.However, there are many common points in different project management.This paper summarizes and improves the different application methods of project management, and gradually forms a set of relatively complete knowledge and theory of project management.Both in the enterprise and in the personal life, through the use and the study to the project management, can use the method and the lower time management cost to complete each kind of project management work.This paper focuses on the use of project management in the actual project, and improve the project management system according to the specific use.The main contents of this paper include many aspects of project management, including basic information management, contract management and construction process management.The basic information management in the project management system is to maintain and manage the project type, the framework communication protocol type, the cooperation-type, the expense type and the document type management and so on.This information contains the general types in the project.The project management module mainly includes the approval and management of two kinds of information of the main project and the single project. All the application and approval of the main project and the single project are carried out through this model.Contract management module is mainly to maintain the construction contract and contract contract information.The construction process management is mainly aimed at the project decision, and the engineering weekly report management mainly carries on the process management.Through the use of the project management system, enterprises can easily manage all kinds of project problems, which can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise project management, and also reduce the omissions in the management of enterprises.Greatly improve the international competitiveness of enterprises.The system consists of six modules: basic information management module, contract management module, construction management module, outsourcing management module, loan management module, cost management module.The contract management module consists of the construction contract input module, the construction contract approval module, the construction contract inquiry module, the outsourcing contract input module, the external contract approval module, the outsourcing contract inquiry module and so on.The management of construction process mainly includes the contents of the new plan document, the plan document examination and approval, the plan task book inquiry, the project final account, the project final account examination and approval, the project final account inquiry, the project weekly report, the project weekly report examination and approval, the project document inquiry and so on.There are several modules in the management module, such as the new contract plan, the settlement management, the inquiry, the registration, the examination and approval and the calculation record, etc. The external management is an important module in the project management of the company.Loan management mainly includes two big modules of loan and repayment.The loan management is mainly due to the shortage of funds in the project and the need to ask the head office or bank for the loan to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
