铁路车辆维修成本管理方式研究

【摘要】：随着经济的持续增长,我国交通事业也得到快速发展,尤其是在近几年,铁路运输行业迎来了蓬勃发展的新时期,动车、高铁已经逐渐成为人们出行的主要交通工具。伴随铁路运输事业的蒸蒸日上,铁路车辆维修企业之间的竞争力也日益激烈,如何低成本、高效率的完成维修任务,而且还必须保证车辆的运行安全是当前铁路车辆维修单位重点关注的问题。因此,研究铁路车辆维修成本管理方式对于提高铁路车辆维修单位的竞争力具有重要的现实意义。本文首先分析了当前铁路车辆维修成本管理方式中存在的问题,其次提出了优化铁路车辆维修成本管理方式的措施,以期为铁路车辆维修单位提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of economy, China's transportation industry has also been rapid development, especially in recent years, the railway transport industry ushered in a new period of vigorous development, high-speed rail has gradually become the main means of transportation.With the development of railway transportation industry, the competitiveness of railway vehicle maintenance enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. How to complete the maintenance task with low cost and high efficiency,It is also necessary to ensure the safety of rolling stock operation which is the focus of the railway vehicle maintenance unit.Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the management mode of railway vehicle maintenance cost for improving the competitiveness of railway vehicle maintenance units.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the current management mode of railway vehicle maintenance cost, then puts forward the measures to optimize the management mode of railway vehicle maintenance cost, in order to provide reference for railway vehicle maintenance unit.
