项目管理在F公司通信网络工程中的应用

【摘要】:本文从项目管理的发展历程和趋势出发,引出了项目管理在通信行业的应用、特点及意义。在日益激烈的行业竞争下,通信制造商不仅需要维持现有的服务质量,而且还需要不断创新、改进、提高自身的管理水平,以应对客户的服务需求。当今的通信行业,市场趋于饱和,竞争者相互追逐,不进则退,除了提高自身的技术竞争力外,如何提升项目管理水平,提升服务质量,提高客户的满意度便是当今各大设备商们需要研究的课题。 基于项目管理理论,文章应用工作分解结构、流程分析优化、净值分析法和AON网络图等项目管理方法,详细分析了F公司的项目管理状况,总结了项目管理经验,并得出了成本、进度和质量管理方面的问题,同时对于项目管理优化的必要性和可行性进行了分析和论证,从企业生存和发展、提升客户满意度和转型等三个方面,说明了进行项目管理优化的必要性;然后从公司的重视、数据信息与指标系统和优秀的人才资源等方面论述了项目管理优化的可行性。通过前面对F公司项目管理的详细分析和总结,针对所提出的项目管理问题,运用项目管理理论及方法,结合实际的项目运营情况,进行项目管理优化,同时注重项目成本、进度和质量三个方面的平衡。通过细化工作包、加强成本指标考核、优化成本预算和动态成本控制等方法来优化项目成本管理,采用加强项目组织管理、进度计划工作、项目变更管理、AON网络图优化、严控偏差等措施优化项目进度管理,有针对性地对工程项目实施前期、施工阶段、竣工验收等三个阶段进行质量管理优化,并结合具体的项目实践进行详细说明,以期提高项目管理水平。最后对于项目管理优化的实施效果进行了分析和评估。
[Abstract]:Based on the development course and trend of project management, this paper introduces the application, characteristics and significance of project management in communication industry. In the increasingly fierce industry competition, communication manufacturers not only need to maintain the existing service quality, but also need to constantly innovate, improve and improve their management level to meet the needs of customers. In today's communications industry, the market tends to be saturated, and competitors chase each other. Apart from improving their own technological competitiveness, how to improve the level of project management and the quality of service, To improve customer satisfaction is a topic that need to be studied by major equipment manufacturers today. Based on the project management theory, this paper applies the project management methods, such as work breakdown structure, process analysis optimization, net value analysis and AON network diagram, to analyze the project management situation of company F in detail, and summarize the project management experience. At the same time, the necessity and feasibility of project management optimization are analyzed and demonstrated, from three aspects of enterprise survival and development, customer satisfaction and transformation. This paper explains the necessity of project management optimization, and then discusses the feasibility of project management optimization from the aspects of company's attention, data information and index system and excellent human resources. Through the detailed analysis and summary of the project management in F Company, this paper applies the project management theory and method to optimize the project management, and pays attention to the project cost. Balance between progress and quality. The project cost management is optimized by the methods of refining the work package, strengthening the cost index examination, optimizing the cost budget and dynamic cost control, and adopting the methods of strengthening the project organization management, the schedule planning work, the project change management and the AON network diagram optimization. Strict control of deviation and other measures to optimize project schedule management, targeted project implementation of the pre-implementation stage, construction phase, completion of the three stages of quality management optimization, and combined with specific project practice for detailed explanation, In order to improve the level of project management. Finally, the effect of project management optimization is analyzed and evaluated.
