家用轿车生命周期成本优化模型研究

【摘要】:摘要:资源节约、环境友好已成为当今社会发展的方向,资源、环境约束共同决定了制造业企业的成本控制不能仅仅局限于产品生产过程,而应着眼于产品全生命过程进行生命周期成本管理,实施全方位的成本控制及优化。产品设计阶段决定产品生命周期成本的70%以上,由此可见在产品的设计阶段对产品的生命周期成本进行准确的估算、有效的控制就显得至关重要。为了能够给轿车设计者提供降低轿车生命周期成本的设计决策依据,打破买得起用不起的局面,本文主要研究家用轿车生命周期成本的估算及优化。 针对现在的估算方法需要较大数据量而我国的制造业企业LCC应用处于初级阶段难以提供大数据量的矛盾,选择集回归分析、主成分分析、典型相关分析于一身的用偏最小二乘回归估算家用轿车生命周期成本。通过估算仅得到成本与设计参数之间的映射关系,并且参数间存在较大相关性,因而不能直观地为设计者提供决策依据,对此,以客户需求、企业技术可行性、企业预算及盈利需求构建优化空间,建立基于非线性数学规划的家用轿车生命周期成本优化模型。该优化模型的求解,不仅可以得到满足条件的最小LCC,还能得到最优参数组合,这些数据可以在设计阶段为设计者提供全生命周期考虑下的决策依据。在系统的理论探讨和建立模型之后,本文以大众轿车为例,验证模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:Abstract : Resource - saving and environment - friendliness have become the direction , resources and environmental constraints of the development of the present society . The cost control of the manufacturing enterprises can not be limited to the production process of the product , but the cost control and optimization of the product life cycle should be carried out with a view to the whole life process of the product . The product design stage determines the product life cycle cost . Therefore , the effective control is very important . In order to provide the car designer with the basis for designing the life cycle cost of the car , the effective control is very important . In order to be able to provide the car designer with the basis for designing the life cycle cost , the cost of the life cycle of the product can be effectively controlled . In order to provide the car designer with the basis of the design decision - making basis for reducing the life cycle cost of the car , the paper mainly studies the estimation and optimization of the life cycle cost of the domestic car .
In order to estimate the life cycle cost of home car by using partial least square regression , it can not only get the minimum LCC of the condition , but also get the optimal parameter combination . After the system theory and the model , this paper uses the mass car as an example to validate the effectiveness of the model .
