基于BIM5D施工阶段成本管理应用研究

【摘要】：我国施工行业长期存在高成本、高能耗以及管理方式粗放等现象,而作为施工行业项目实施的主体,施工总承包单位成本管理水平低下是造成该现象的主要原因之一。BIM技术的应用被认为是解决该问题的途径。BIM5D作为BIM技术在施工阶段成本管理的具体深化应用,已经在项目中得到了初步实践,然而相应的其管理组织以及工作流程的不明确为其后续的深度应用造成了困难。本文通过分析总承包单位基于BIM5D施工阶段成本管理应用中面临的问题,结合成本管理理论以及BIM5D的理论,提出了基于BIM5D施工阶段成本管理组织结构,并针对成本管理的五项核心工作实施流程以及实施方法进行了研究,最后通过案例分析得出其在实际项目中结果,给后续的研究以及应用提供了参考价值。本文首先对我国相关推广政策以及施工总承包单位应用状况进行总结,得出施工阶段总承包单位在应用BIM5D进行成本管理时所面临相应的管理组织框架与流程缺乏、专业人才缺乏以及相关软件功能缺乏的问题。依据此现状将基于BIM5D施工阶段成本管理应用作为主要研究内容。其次对基于BIM5D施工阶段成本管理工作按照不同维度进行分解,据此结果对施工总承包单位成本管理层级、职责进行划分,并遵循其组织结构设计理论,提出基于BIM5D施工阶段成本管理组织结构。根据BIM5D施工阶段成本管理的目标,给出其实施平台架构以及软件配置建议,完成施工阶段成本管理五项核心工作实施流程的梳理,并提出相应的实施方法。最后,以杭州停车库项目为例,对基于BIM5D施工阶段成本管理进行案例研究,通过展示其管理组织框架,工作实施标准以及工作成果,验证基于BIM5D成本管理的可行性,并分析出其实施效果,给后续项目的成本管理工作提供了借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:China's construction industry has a long history of high cost, high energy consumption and extensive management, but as the main implementation of construction industry projects, The low level of unit cost management is one of the main reasons for this phenomenon. The application of BIM technology is considered as the way to solve this problem. BIM5D is the concrete application of BIM technology in construction stage cost management. It has been put into practice in the project, but the uncertainty of its management organization and workflow makes it difficult to apply in depth. By analyzing the problems in the application of cost management in construction stage based on BIM5D, combining the theory of cost management and the theory of BIM5D, this paper puts forward the organization structure of cost management in construction phase based on BIM5D. The implementation process and implementation method of the five core tasks of cost management are studied. Finally, the results in the actual project are obtained through the case analysis, which provides a reference value for the subsequent research and application. In this paper, we first summarize the relevant promotion policies and the application situation of the construction general contracting unit, and draw the conclusion that the general contracting unit faces the lack of the corresponding management organization framework and process when applying BIM5D to the cost management in the construction stage. According to this situation, the application of cost management in construction phase based on BIM5D is considered as the main research content. Secondly, the cost management work in construction stage based on BIM5D is decomposed according to different dimensions. According to the results, the level and responsibility of cost management of construction general contracting unit are divided, and the organizational structure design theory is followed. The cost management organization structure of construction phase based on BIM5D is put forward. According to the goal of cost management in construction stage of BIM5D, the framework of implementation platform and the suggestion of software configuration are given, and the implementation flow of five core work of cost management in construction phase is finished, and the corresponding implementation method is put forward. Finally, taking Hangzhou parking garage project as an example, a case study on cost management in construction phase based on BIM5D is carried out. The feasibility of cost management based on BIM5D is verified by demonstrating its management organizational framework, work implementation standards and work results. And analyzes its implementation effect, provides the reference significance for the follow-up project cost management work.
