IT项目管理在金融企业容灾演练中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着企业的容灾系统的大规模建设,容灾的演练越来越重要。可容灾演练现状却不容乐观,一种是走形式、走过场,这种演练与真实灾难发生的场景相差甚远；另一种是过度消耗资源,这种的演练虽然可以起到很好的效果,但消耗太多的资源(人力和物力),给企业带来很大的负担。用户正在寻求一种新的方法使容灾演练更合理。本文首先通过对金融企业的容灾系统的相关业务人员的调研,通过归类法,对银行的所有业务系统进行了归类、整理。将金融企业的容灾中所有的业务系统按照依赖关系进行分类,做出一个系统切换的顺序计划。然后运用调查法,归纳法,找出影响演练的最重要的因素,通过对项目管理的九大知识领域和五大过程组理论进行了详细地研究分析,建立了IT项目管理控制容灾演练过程的理论方法。运用IT项目管理的九大知识领域中整体管理、范围管理、人力资源管理、时间管理、成本管理、风险管理来控制容灾演练的整个过程。并将理论方法运用到金融企业的实际容灾演练当中,进行实际验证,来检验理论方法的合理性。每次演练后,再对理论方法进行总结并进行改进,最后让它成为企业进行容灾演练的指导方法。本文提出和构建的IT项目管理控制容灾演练过程的理论方法,并通过具体项目的实证检验后,验证了其可行性,并取得了良好的效果,其研究成果对企业合理控制容灾演练的过程具有较好的启示与借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale construction of disaster recovery system in enterprises, disaster recovery exercises are becoming more and more important. However, the present situation of disaster tolerance drills is not optimistic. One is the practice, the practice is far from the actual disaster scenario; the other is the excessive consumption of resources, although this kind of exercise can play a very good role. But consuming too much resources (manpower and material resources) brings great burden to enterprises. Users are looking for a new way to make disaster recovery more reasonable. This paper first through the financial enterprise disaster recovery system related business personnel investigation, through the classification method, has carried on the classification to the bank all business systems, collates. All business systems in financial enterprises are classified according to their dependencies, and a system switching sequence plan is made. Then using the method of investigation and induction to find out the most important factors affecting the exercise, through the project management of nine areas of knowledge and five major process group theory for a detailed study and analysis, The theory method of IT project management control disaster recovery exercise process is established. The whole process of disaster recovery exercise is controlled by using the whole management, scope management, human resource management, time management, cost management and risk management in nine knowledge fields of IT project management. The theoretical method is applied to the practical disaster recovery exercise of financial enterprises to verify the rationality of the theory and method. After each drill, the theory and method are summarized and improved. Finally, it becomes the guiding method of disaster recovery exercise. This paper puts forward and builds the theory and method of IT project management and control disaster recovery exercise process, and through the empirical test of specific project, verifies its feasibility, and obtains the good effect. The research results have good enlightenment and reference function for enterprises to control the process of disaster recovery exercise.
