基于CBR与QFD的冶金业制造执行系统订单展开方法研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术的发展,运用信息化手段提高制造业企业的竞争力已经成为企业不可忽视的问题。制造执行系统(MES, Manufacturing Execute System)作为企业信息化架构中重要的组成部分,它利用各种生产信息对从销售订单下达到产出最终产品的一系列过程进行管理,并且及时对工厂的突发事件做出响应,同时根据当前的准确数据进行指导和处理。MES主要对生产厂级的计划、质量、生产、销售、采购、库存、物流等进行全面管理。 质量管理作为MES系统重要的功能模块,是其他功能诸如生产管理、计划管理、成本管理等模块的基础。质量设计作为质量管理的开端,对整个质量管理过程具有重要作用,订单展开是对质量设计的扩展。本文在对订单展开过程和方法现状做了深入细致的研究基础上,采用了基于案例的推理技术(CBR,Case-based Reasoning)与质量功能展开(QFD, Quality Function Deployment)的制造执行系统订单展开方法,针对此方法主要研究工作如下: 一,使用CBR技术确定销售订单对应的工艺路线,此过程利用现有的工艺和生产等数据构建用例库,在用例库的基础上使用一定的规则确定工艺路线; 二,借助订单展开引擎做销售订单的后续展开,先对工艺路线、产品、物料形变、机组等订单展开引擎使用的主数据按照一定得规则进行维护,将销售订单和利用CBR技术得到的工艺路线作为输入,计算物料需求和化学成分、生成测试和取样指令及生产指令; 三,利用QFD方法对客户的特殊需求进行补充展开,这个步骤需要对客户特殊需求进行分析和规范,然后利用质量屋模型将特殊需求反应到对应的生产订单上。 订单展开的一系列动作完成后,就将销售订单展开成一个完整的生产订单用于生产排程。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, using information technology to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises has become a problem that can not be ignored. As an important part of enterprise information architecture, manufacturing execution system (mes) manages a series of processes from sales order to final product by using all kinds of production information. And timely response to plant emergencies, and according to the current accurate data to guide and handle. Mes is the overall management of factory level planning, quality, production, sales, procurement, inventory, logistics and so on. As an important functional module of mes system, quality management is the basis of other functions such as production management, planning management, cost management and so on. As the beginning of quality management, quality design plays an important role in the whole process of quality management. On the basis of a thorough and detailed study on the present situation of the process and methods of order deployment, this paper adopts the CBRRase-based reasoning (CBRCase-based reasoning) and the quality function deployment (QFDD) method of the manufacturing execution system (MCE), which is based on the CBR-based reasoning (CBR-based reasoning) and the quality function deployment (QFD). The main research work of this method is as follows: firstly, CBR technology is used to determine the process route corresponding to the sales order, which uses the existing process and production data to construct the use case database. On the basis of the use case base, we use certain rules to determine the process route. Secondly, we use the order expansion engine to do the subsequent expansion of the sales order. First, we deform the process route, the product, the material, The main data used by the unit and so on are maintained according to certain rules. The sales order and the process route obtained by CBR technology are taken as input, the material requirement and chemical composition are calculated, and the test and sampling instructions and production instructions are generated. Thirdly, the qfd method is used to supplement the customer's special needs. This step needs to analyze and standardize the customer's special needs, and then use the quality house model to reflect the special requirements to the corresponding production orders. After a series of actions are completed, the sales order is expanded into a complete production order for production scheduling.
