唐钢冷轧MES系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:唐钢MES系统是在认真吸取国内外钢铁企业先进的经验的基础之上,结合唐钢的实际情况,建立起来的一套生产制造执行系统。该系统包括生产、物流、质量、轧辊、库存等管理内容,满足了唐钢ERP系统要求,并为运输、计质量、热轧MES等系统提供支撑。通过该系统的实施,提升了唐钢冷轧厂的生产流程效率,提高了生产执行率,同时规范了质量管理,建立了一套有效的技术规范体系,保证了冷轧厂的精细化生产要求。 本文是在唐钢冷轧厂进行企业整体信息化的背景下,在对企业生产现状研究和系统需求进行深入分析的基础上,详细研究了唐钢冷轧MES系统的设计与实现。 首先,分析了企业建设MES的目的和意义,结合国内外MES的发展情况,对系统实施范围进行了界定。 其次,对MES的技术进行了研究,尤其是对钢铁行业MES的发展及其技术特点进行了分析概述。在此基础上,,分析和对比了MES的技术特点,并对计划编制、动态调度、实时处理、技术规范、全程质量、动态跟踪等领域的特点进行了描述。 再次,根据系统实施原则,对系统进行了需求分析。描述了从接收原料至钢卷发货,集高级排程、订单管理、生产控制、全厂物流跟踪、质量管理、实际收集、成本管理、报工管理及相关报表查询等于一体的先进的厂级生产信息管理系统的需求。并对系统主机、网络、数据库等需求进行了描述。 最后,在需求分析的基础之上,进行模块功能划分和详细设计,阐述了系统中生产计划、质量管理、物料跟踪、库管理、发货管理、轧辊管理、成本管理、设备管理等方面的设计并对每一个功能模块做了功能叙述、流程介绍、操作介绍。
[Abstract]:The mes system of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd is a set of production and manufacturing execution system based on absorbing the advanced experience of domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises and combining with the actual situation of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. The system includes production, logistics, quality, roll, inventory and other management contents. It meets the requirements of ERP system of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company, and provides support for transportation, quality calculation, hot rolling mes and so on. Through the implementation of the system, the production process efficiency of the cold rolling mill of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company is improved, the production execution rate is improved, the quality management is standardized, an effective technical specification system is established, and the fine production requirements of the cold rolling mill are ensured. In this paper, based on the research of the production status and the system requirement of the whole enterprise, the design and implementation of the mes system of the cold rolling mill in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd are studied in detail. Firstly, the purpose and significance of enterprise building mes are analyzed, and the scope of system implementation is defined according to the development of mes at home and abroad. Secondly, the technology of mes is studied, especially the development and technical characteristics of mes in iron and steel industry are summarized. On this basis, the technical characteristics of mes are analyzed and compared, and the characteristics of planning, dynamic scheduling, real-time processing, technical specification, whole process quality and dynamic tracking are described. Thirdly, according to the principles of system implementation, the requirements of the system are analyzed. Described from receiving raw materials to steel coil delivery, set advanced scheduling, order management, production control, plant logistics tracking, quality management, actual collection, cost management, Report management and related report inquiry are equal to the requirements of advanced factory level production information management system. And the system host, network, database and other requirements are described. Finally, on the basis of requirement analysis, the module function division and detailed design are carried out, and the production planning, quality management, material tracking, warehouse management, shipping management, roll management, cost management in the system are expounded. Equipment management and other aspects of the design and each functional module to do a functional description, process introduction, operational introduction.
