尼泊尔达兰供水项目管理研究

【摘要】:供水项目被认为是尼泊尔最重要的产业之一。众所周知,大部分供水施工项目都存在质量不合格,时间和成本超标的问题。这些问题可能会影响到供水项目的进展。以前研究的文献主要分为三个部分:(1)影响项目时间管理的因素;(2)影响项目成本管理的因素。(3)影响项目质量管理的因素。许多国家经过修订的相关研究文献都提到了这三点。本文的研究目的是评估影响尼泊尔供水项目质量不合格,时间和成本超支的相关因素。研究的目的是通过两种方法实现的,第一种是从承包公司,顾问和供水项目业主处获得有效问卷。第二种方法是比较四个尼泊尔相关的实际项目。本文明确指出了“打击和边境关闭”是影响项目的最关键因素,研究还表明,“物质相关因素”占据了重要性的第二位,“原材料不足”和“延迟交付原材料”是造成项目延期的最重要因素之一。本文研究表明,由于边界关闭而导致的“建筑材料价格波动”是导致成本超支的最重要因素之一。此外,承包商延迟运送物料和设备也会导致成本超支。研究还表明,通货膨胀也是导致成本超支的因素之一。通过研究表明:业主,承包商和顾问应该承担责任,避免任何工期拖延或成本超支,这可以通过良好的项目管理和采用新方法存储物料来实现。本研究还提出如下建议:政府通过采用类似印度制定的法律来防止物资垄断;政府有必要处理边境入口,保证物资顺利输送。采取适当的项目管理方法和有效执行项目的培训,特别是在尼泊尔这样的发展中国家。
[Abstract]:The water supply project is considered one of Nepal's most important industries. As we all know, most water supply projects have the problems of unqualified quality, time and cost. These problems may affect the progress of the water supply project. The previous literatures are divided into three parts: (1) the factors influencing project time management, (2) the factors influencing project cost management, (3) the factors influencing project quality management. These three points have been mentioned in the revised research literature of many countries. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the quality, time and cost overruns of water supply projects in Nepal. The purpose of the study is to obtain valid questionnaires from contractors, consultants and owners of water supply projects. The second method is to compare four Nepal-related practical projects. This article makes it clear that "combat and border closures" are the most critical factors affecting projects, and the study also shows that "material related factors" occupy the second place of importance. Shortage of raw materials and delay in delivery of raw materials are among the most important factors causing project delays. In this paper, it is shown that the "price fluctuation of construction materials" caused by the closure of the boundary is one of the most important factors leading to cost overruns. In addition, the contractor delays the delivery of materials and equipment will also lead to cost overruns. The study also shows that inflation is also one of the factors leading to cost overruns. The research shows that the employer, contractor and consultant should take the responsibility to avoid any delay or cost overrun, which can be achieved through good project management and the adoption of new methods to store materials. The study also suggests that the government should adopt laws similar to those enacted by India to prevent the monopoly of goods, and that it is necessary for the government to handle border entry to ensure the smooth delivery of goods. Adopt appropriate project management methods and effective project implementation training, especially in developing countries such as Nepal.
