空调发电车燃油消耗监测分析管理系统设计

【摘要】:空调发电车是目前铁路旅客运输的重要工具之一,并且仍将继续运用较长的一段时间。空调发电车是集中供电空调列车的动力源,其通过柴油在柴油机内燃烧,带动发电机运行,确保客车空调机组、采暖、照明、饮水等设施设备的正常运行。现阶段,对于客车车辆段而言,客车运用的主要能耗就是空调发电车的燃油消耗,其在客车车辆段的成本管理中十分关键。经过多年运用,但在对空调发电车的管理监控存在一些不完善的地方,给行车安全和能耗管理带来了问题。因此,利用TCDS系统和微控技术,结合列车输出电量、运行环境外温、列车运行时间、列车编组等实际因素,对空调发电车的油耗监控和检测,并对空调发电机组的工作状态进行“车—地”的实时监控,且有着重大的经济前景和安全意义。 本文利用微控技术,结合电参数检测模块、无线传输技术实现对空调发电车的发电机组的功率等电参数的测量,充分利用客车的TCDS系统进行数据的实时传输,在地面专家系统进行分析、测算,从管理和技术的角度来强化运用管理,达到对空调发电车柴油消耗进行合理的科学化信息化管理,结合TCDS系统的地面专家系统为对发电机组故障预警,对发电机组的故障分析提供可靠的依据,提高安全风险防范能力。 本文分析了国内外对发电车油耗监测与铁路移动装备用发电机组检测的现状,提出利用无线传输技术的功率油耗检测系统,然后根据空调列车运行实际状况进行系统的需求分析,再利用微控技术、电量传感器、无线发射模块等实现硬件系统,最后进行了部分装车试验,在模拟状态下取得较为理想的效果。
[Abstract]:Air-conditioned generating car is one of the important means of railway passenger transportation at present, and it will continue to be used for a long time. Air conditioning generating vehicle is the power source of centralized power supply air conditioning train, which burns diesel oil in diesel engine, drives generator operation, and ensures the normal operation of air conditioning unit, heating, lighting, drinking water and other facilities of passenger car. At present, for the passenger car depot, the main energy consumption of the passenger car is the fuel consumption of the air-conditioned generating car, which is very important in the cost management of the passenger car depot. After years of application, however, there are some imperfections in the management and monitoring of air-conditioned generating vehicles, which brings problems to the safety of driving and the management of energy consumption. Therefore, using the TCDS system and micro-control technology, combined with the actual factors such as the output electric quantity of the train, the external temperature of the running environment, the train running time, the train marshalling and so on, the monitoring and detection of the fuel consumption of the air-conditioned generator car is carried out. The real-time monitoring of the working state of air-conditioner generator sets is of great economic prospect and safety significance. This paper makes use of the micro-control technology, the electric parameter detection module, the wireless transmission technology to realize the measurement of the power and equal electrical parameters of the generator set of the air-conditioned generating car, and makes full use of the TCDS system of the bus to carry on the real-time data transmission. In the ground expert system to analyze, calculate, from the management and technical point of view to strengthen the use of management to achieve a reasonable and scientific information management of diesel consumption of air-conditioned power generation vehicles. Combined with the ground expert system of TCDS system, it provides a reliable basis for the fault analysis of generating units and improves the ability of safety risk prevention. In this paper, the current situation of fuel consumption monitoring and generating set detection for railway mobile equipment at home and abroad is analyzed, and a power fuel consumption detection system based on wireless transmission technology is proposed. Then according to the actual condition of the air-conditioned train operation, the system needs analysis, and then the hardware system is realized by using micro-control technology, electricity sensor, wireless transmission module, etc. Finally, part of the loading test is carried out. An ideal result is obtained in the simulated state.
