H公司战略供应商评价指标体系设计及应用研究

【摘要】:全球经济一体化已成为21世纪国际经济发展的主流,这对企业而言是一面双刃刀。因此企业经营环境在全球化与市场竞争压力加剧的背景下,面对不断急剧变化的市场需求、紧张的交货期、更高的质量要求、严格的成本控制、更新的技术和完善的服务的压力。企业经营环境的多变,使得企业更加迫切的需要统一协调,形成供应链管理思想。SCM(供应链管理)体系形成以及供应商的选择开始受到越来越多的企业以及学术界的重视和关注。在供应链管理下,企业更加追求高效率、高效益和低成本的管理方式,并积极培育一个具有良好运营机制的生存环境,企业之间的战略合作非常重要,所以,越来越多的企业把他们的注意力和侧重点开始放在和战略供应商的合作关系。 本文研究了供应链管理、供应商的分类以及战略供应商选择的理论,得出类型不同供应商的评价体系,通过理论研究,分析和总结,得出如下结论:基于H外资公司建材供应商的选择的应用案例分析和总结,得出H公司的战略供应商的选择与评价是比较复杂的过程,需要多步完成,而最终战略供应商的选择是为了增强企业核心竞争力,创造客户价值,它需要公司多个部门的参与。本文所建立的H公司战略供应商评价指标体系、筛选流程以及提供的评价方法对各大企业具有一定借鉴性。
[Abstract]:Global economic integration has become the mainstream of international economic development in the 21 st century, which is a double-edged knife for enterprises. Therefore, under the background of globalization and intensified market competition, the business environment is facing the ever-changing market demand, tight delivery time, higher quality requirements and strict cost control. The pressure of newer technology and better service. Because of the variety of business environment, enterprises need to coordinate more and more urgently, forming the supply chain management thought. SCM (supply chain management) system and the selection of suppliers have been paid more and more attention by enterprises and academic circles. Under the supply chain management, the enterprise pursues the high efficiency, the high benefit and the low cost management way, and actively cultivates a survival environment which has the good operation mechanism, the strategic cooperation between the enterprise is very important, therefore, A growing number of companies are focusing their attention and focus on partnerships with strategic suppliers. This paper studies the theory of supply chain management, supplier classification and strategic supplier selection, and obtains the evaluation system of different types of suppliers, through theoretical research, analysis and summary, The conclusions are as follows: based on the application case analysis and summary of the selection of suppliers of building materials in H foreign companies, it is concluded that the selection and evaluation of strategic suppliers of H Company is a complicated process and needs to be completed in many steps. The final strategic supplier selection is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, create customer value, it needs the participation of many departments of the company. The index system of strategic supplier evaluation, the screening process and the evaluation method provided by this paper can be used for reference by large enterprises.
