基于物联网技术的连锁企业物流成本优化研究

【摘要】:本文研究了将物联网技术应用于连锁企业的物流成本管理,以达到降低企业物流成本的目的。重点分析介绍在产生物流成本的各个关键环节中应用物联网技术,优化物流过程,并通过实例证明了优化的效果。实验结果表明,采用物联网技术进行优化的连锁企业物流管理成本具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 本文在定性分析基础之上,结合定量的统计数据,采用理论研究与数学建模相结合的方法。分析介绍物联网技术和现代物流的基本概念和相关技术,在重点分析研究连锁企业物流成本构成的理论基础上,结合先进的物联网技术,提出了连锁企业的物流成本管理方法。首先,针对我国连锁企业自身所面临的实际问题,从分析企业物流成本的构成出发,初步构建了连锁企业的物流成本评价体系。其次,将物联网技术融合于构成连锁企业物流成本的关键活动环节,提出了物流年总成本模型,同时给出了物流总成本的优化方法。通过实验模拟,,计算出最优化的理想结果,并建立结果评价指标。通过市场实际数据的定量分析和指标评价,在相应条件下该结果的物流成本效果最佳,此成本可为企业日常的物流管理提供重要的参考依据。该方法既得到了较高的物流营运效率,同时减少了物流损失率,并监控物流各项指标,最大化的降低物流成本,为企业创造更大的经济效益,提高企业的竞争优势。最后,构建了适应于我国的基于物联网技术的连锁企业物流成本管理信息系统的框架模型,为以后的信息化管理指明了方向。 目前,物联网的应用研究在我国还处于起步阶段,很多领域还存在需要攻克的难题,这也是以后工作中需要研究的重点。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the application of Internet of things technology in logistics cost management of chain enterprises, in order to reduce the logistics cost of enterprises. This paper mainly introduces the application of the Internet of things technology to optimize the logistics process in every key link of the logistics cost, and proves the effect of the optimization by an example. The experimental results show that the optimized logistics management cost of chain enterprises with Internet of things technology has good economic and social benefits. On the basis of qualitative analysis and combined with quantitative statistical data, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with mathematical modeling. This paper analyzes and introduces the basic concepts and related technologies of the Internet of things and modern logistics. On the basis of emphatically analyzing and studying the theory of logistics cost composition of chain enterprises, combined with the advanced technology of Internet of things, this paper puts forward the logistics cost management method of chain enterprises. Firstly, aiming at the actual problems faced by the chain enterprises in our country, the logistics cost evaluation system of the chain enterprises is preliminarily constructed from the analysis of the composition of the logistics costs of the enterprises. Secondly, the technology of Internet of things is integrated into the key link of logistics cost of chain enterprise, and the model of annual total cost of logistics is put forward, and the optimization method of total cost of logistics is given. Through experimental simulation, the ideal results of optimization are calculated, and the evaluation index of the results is established. Through the quantitative analysis and index evaluation of the actual market data, the result of the result is the best under the corresponding conditions, which can provide an important reference for the daily logistics management of enterprises. This method not only obtains higher logistics operation efficiency, but also reduces the loss rate of logistics, and monitors the various indexes of logistics, maximizes the reduction of logistics cost, creates greater economic benefits for enterprises and improves the competitive advantage of enterprises. Finally, a framework model of logistics cost management information system for chain enterprises based on Internet of things technology is constructed, which points out the direction of information management in the future. At present, the application of the Internet of things in China is still in its infancy, and there are still some difficult problems to be solved in many fields, which is also the focus of the future work.
