浅谈会计预算对企业运营成本的影响

【摘要】：大多数企业在其经营过程中,加强了对成本方面的控制,这种措施的实施能够在一定程度上提升对资金和资源的利用率,而会计预算是企业运营成本管理控制的重要组成部分,对企业的运营成本的控制效果产生了一定的影响,企业只有加强对会计预算工作的管理,才可以提高运营成本控制的水平,从而保证企业在不断发展的市场中保持稳定的发展状态,本文主要探讨会计预算的管理对企业的经营成本中产生的影响,以此来帮助企业加强对运营成本的控制。
[Abstract]:In the process of operation, most enterprises have strengthened the cost control, which can improve the utilization of funds and resources to a certain extent, and the accounting budget is an important part of the cost management control. It has a certain influence on the control effect of the operating cost of the enterprise. Only by strengthening the management of the accounting budget, can the level of the control of the operating cost be improved. This paper mainly discusses the influence of the management of accounting budget on the operating cost of the enterprise, in order to help the enterprise to strengthen the control of the operating cost.
