电信运营企业采购成本分析与控制探讨

【摘要】：随着通信网络需求的不断发展,电信运营企业的规模也不断扩大,行业内的竞争不断加剧。电信运营企业只有降低成本,增强企业的核心竞争力,才能在竞争中处于行业优势地位。而在成本管理中,采购成本是管理重点,也是难点。本文通过总结分析实践中采购成本控制出现的各种问题,并提出改进措施来改变传统采购注重价格,过分强调局部和短期利益的观念,使管理者和采购人员能够从全面成本和企业战略的角度来有效降低采购成本,提高电信运营企业的利润和市场占有率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of communication network demand, the scale of telecom operators is also expanding, and the competition in the industry is becoming more and more serious. Only by reducing the cost and strengthening the core competitiveness of the telecom enterprises can they be in a dominant position in the competition. In cost management, procurement cost is the key and difficult point of management. Through summing up and analyzing all kinds of problems in purchasing cost control in practice, this paper puts forward some improvement measures to change the traditional concept of focusing on price and over-emphasizing partial and short-term benefits. So that managers and purchasing personnel can reduce purchasing cost effectively from the angle of total cost and enterprise strategy, and increase the profit and market share of telecom operation enterprise.
