目标成本法在公立医院基建成本控制中的应用与思考

【摘要】：通过分析目标成本法的原理、程序和方法,阐述目标成本法与公立医院基建项目建设的关联性、实用性和可行性。通过实际应用,目标成本法能大幅降低医院基建工程的建设成本,因此,在新医改的大背景下,目标成本法可以在公立医院基建工程成本控制中进行推广应用。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the principle, procedure and method of the objective cost method, this paper expounds the relevance, practicability and feasibility of the objective cost method and the construction of public hospital infrastructure projects. Through practical application, objective cost method can greatly reduce the construction cost of hospital infrastructure project. Therefore, under the background of new medical reform, objective cost method can be popularized and applied in the cost control of public hospital capital construction project.
