基于生命周期成本的知识库构建研究

【摘要】:摘要:目前生命周期成本领域的本体理论已发展成熟,但是在该领域的知识管理研究工作在国内外还处于不断发展的阶段,尤其是机械制造业产品的生命周期过程相对繁杂,涉及的产品生命周期成本领域知识众多,国内外研究机构都致力于研究具有推理、查询功能的知识库系统,以实现企业生产中生命周期成本管理的智能化。 本文以制造业为视角,将该领域的产品生命周期成本管理活动涉及的相关知识和本体知识库构建联系起来,以结合了七步法及评价法思想的新的本体构建方法作指导,研究了生命周期成本领域本体的构建、存储,实现了知识库的推理及查询功能,为制造业产品成本管理领域人员建立可共享,可重用的生命周期成本知识库提供了参考。 首先,本文综合评价了几种经典的本体评价方法,并提出了将七步法及评价法相结合的新的本体构建方法,该方法有效保证了领域本体在理论逻辑及实际应用中的正确性,奠定了研究的价值基础。然后,本文通过分析制造业业务流程以及文献查阅方式获取了领域知识,给出了生命周期成本本体的概念模型,并在此基础上对生命周期成本领域本体进行了OWL语言表示,实现了知识库本体数据的关系数据库存储方案。并且,以数据流及工作流的形式详细说明了知识库的推理活动流程,建立了独立的规则库,借助Jena综合框架内的本体推理机,以本体加规则的推理方式有效解决了知识库的推理问题。最后探讨了基于SPARQL语言的领域知识库查询功能的实现,以及知识库的维护、更新工作。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the ontology theory in the field of life cycle cost has been developed at present, but the research work of knowledge management in this field is still in the stage of continuous development at home and abroad, especially the life cycle process of machinery manufacturing products is relatively complicated. There are a lot of knowledge in product lifecycle cost field. Domestic and foreign research institutions are devoted to the research of knowledge base system with reasoning and query function in order to realize the intellectualization of life cycle cost management in enterprise production. In this paper, from the perspective of manufacturing industry, the related knowledge involved in product lifecycle cost management activities in this field is connected with the construction of ontology knowledge base, and the new ontology construction method, which combines the seven-step method and the evaluation method, is used as the guide. The construction and storage of lifecycle cost domain ontology are studied, and the reasoning and query functions of knowledge base are realized, which provides a reference for the establishment of shared and reusable life cycle cost knowledge base in the field of manufacturing product cost management. Firstly, this paper synthetically evaluates several classical ontology evaluation methods, and puts forward a new ontology construction method which combines seven steps method and evaluation method. This method effectively ensures the correctness of domain ontology in theoretical logic and practical application. Established the value foundation of the research. Then, the domain knowledge is acquired by analyzing the manufacturing business process and literature consulting, and the concept model of lifecycle cost ontology is given. On this basis, the life cycle cost domain ontology is represented by OWL language. The relational database storage scheme of knowledge base ontology data is implemented. Furthermore, the reasoning activity flow of the knowledge base is explained in detail in the form of data flow and workflow, and an independent rule base is established, and the ontology inference engine in the framework of Jena synthesis is used. The reasoning problem of knowledge base is effectively solved by ontology plus rule reasoning. Finally, the realization of domain knowledge base query function based on SPARQL language, the maintenance and updating of knowledge base are discussed.
