聊城联通2010年WCDMA无线网工程建设方案及实施研究

【摘要】:随着全球3G牌照的发放,目前WCDMA是世界上第三代移动通信系统的三个通信体制之一,是移动通信未来的发展趋势。我国正在建设和发展3G网络,基于WCDMA的发展将是在一段很长时间内研究的课题。WCDMA具有网络速度快、支持业务最广泛、终端种类最多、国内覆盖广泛、开通国家最广,可漫游的国家和地区最多等优势,用户规模不断增大,WCDMA的设备市场日趋成熟,3G设备已经成为通信设备的主流。WCDMA网络中相关的移动数据业务也逐渐成熟,很大程度上提升了用户的感知度和相关业务的黏性。2010年聊城联通根据业务发展和市场需求,决定建设WCDMA无线网工程。本工程属于通信工程,具有通信工程的一般特性。在工程决策阶段,摸清网络现状,对基础数据进行大量的调研和考证,确定了本期工程的建设规模和投资规模,制订了本工程的基本建设方案。在工程实施阶段,根据工程的特点,将项目管理理论知识充分运用到工程中,充分阐述了工程的质量、进度、成本的管理,同时也对工程的风险进行控制,对工程的经济性做出评价。本文通过理论和实践相结合,浅析项目管理知识在工程中的应用,解决了一些实际问题。本文对通信工程中的项目管理知识运用展开了一定的研究,对以后相关工程的研究和实施提供了一定的指导和借鉴意义。本文首先论述了WCDMA无线网的概念、特点以及理论基础,同时,对项目管理相关的基础理论知识进行了一定程度的探讨。在此基础上,本文对聊城联通WCDMA无线网进行了实证调研,阐述了聊城联通WCDMA无线网建设背景和特色内容,阐述聊城联通WCDMA无线网建设项目总体规划和方案设计,阐述了工程的质量、进度、成本管理,分析项目实施过程中可能出现的难点与风险,并提出保障措施。最后,归纳所做的工作,总结当前研究结果,对WCDMA无线网网的发展前景和趋势进行阐述。
[Abstract]:With the issuance of 3G license worldwide, WCDMA is one of the three communication systems of the third generation mobile communication system in the world, which is the development trend of mobile communication in the future. Our country is building and developing 3G network, the development based on WCDMA will be the research subject for a long time. WCDMA has the most extensive network speed, the most extensive supporting service, the most kinds of terminals, the extensive domestic coverage and the most extensive opening of the country. With the most advantages of roaming countries and regions, the equipment market of WCDMA is becoming more and more mature. 3G equipment has become the mainstream of communication equipment. WCDMA network related mobile data services are also gradually mature. In 2010, Liaocheng Unicom decided to build WCDMA wireless network project according to business development and market demand. The project belongs to communication engineering and has the general characteristics of communication engineering. In the stage of project decision-making, the present situation of the network is found out, a large number of investigations and textual research are carried out on the basic data, the construction scale and investment scale of the current project are determined, and the capital construction scheme of the project is worked out. In the stage of project implementation, according to the characteristics of the project, the theory of project management is fully applied to the project, and the management of the quality, schedule and cost of the project is fully expounded. At the same time, the risk of the project is also controlled. The economy of the project is evaluated. Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzes the application of project management knowledge in engineering, and solves some practical problems. This paper has carried out some research on the application of project management knowledge in communication engineering, and has provided some guidance and reference for the research and implementation of related projects in the future. In this paper, the concept, characteristics and theoretical basis of WCDMA wireless network are first discussed. At the same time, the basic theoretical knowledge of project management is discussed to a certain extent. On this basis, this paper has carried on the empirical investigation to the Liaocheng Unicom WCDMA wireless network, elaborated the Liaocheng Unicom WCDMA wireless network construction background and the characteristic content, elaborated Liaocheng Unicom WCDMA wireless network construction project master plan and the scheme design. This paper expounds the quality, schedule and cost management of the project, analyzes the difficulties and risks that may appear in the course of the project implementation, and puts forward the safeguard measures. Finally, the paper summarizes the work done, summarizes the current research results, and expounds the development prospect and trend of WCDMA wireless network.
