石化企业安全管理信息系统的实施管理

【摘要】:石化行业是国家工业体系的重要组成部分。随着石油化学工业的发展,传统的安全管理方式与操作手段已经无法满足高速发展的工业管理变革的需求。适时地引入安全管理信息系统,通过科学地运用信息化手段来保证企业安全管理的集中掌控和执行,从而提高安全管理效率,是企业安全生产的必然趋势。 本文以石化企业安全管理信息系统实施的相关理论和项目管理项目理论为基础,分析石化企业安全管理系统实施的各个阶段的管理重点,运用项目的范围管理、进度管理、成本管理和质量管理等方法和工具对石化企业安全管理信息系统的实施各阶段进行了系统地描述和分析。本文以A公司安全管理信息系统的实施为背景,详细阐述了实施过程的管理和控制,提出了企业在实现安全管理信息系统实施的难点和重点,并提出了相应的建议及对策。最后对全文进行了总结与展望。
[Abstract]:Petrochemical industry is an important part of national industrial system. With the development of petrochemical industry, the traditional safety management methods and operation methods can not meet the needs of the rapid development of industrial management reform. It is the inevitable trend of enterprise safety production to introduce safety management information system in time and ensure the centralized control and execution of enterprise safety management by means of scientific application of information technology so as to improve the efficiency of safety management. Based on the relevant theory of safety management information system and project management project theory of petrochemical enterprises, this paper analyzes the management emphases of each stage of the implementation of safety management system in petrochemical enterprises, and applies the scope management and schedule management of the project. The methods and tools of cost management and quality management are used to describe and analyze the implementation stages of safety management information system in petrochemical enterprises. Based on the implementation of the safety management information system of company A, this paper expounds the management and control of the implementation process in detail, puts forward the difficulties and emphases in the implementation of the safety management information system in the enterprise, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the full text.
