清河再生水厂二期工程项目施工成本控制研究

【摘要】：建筑业是我国经济的支柱性产业,在国民经济中占据重要地位。随着经济的迅速发展,建筑业也在经历着突飞猛进的发展。国家出台了一系列建筑行业的相关政策来抑制建筑业的迅速发展,对于建筑业来讲无疑将带来一定的挑战。与此同时,建筑业资源浪费、成本控制效率低下、材料费用高、人工成本不断上涨等问题层出不穷,工程项目施工成本控制过程、方法、措施等方面存在大量不足和漏洞。如何有效地进行成本控制,变得越来越重要,越来越值得深入研究。对于一个企业而言,效益是决定其存亡的重要因素,而成本是决定效益高低的关键因素,建筑业的企业也不例外[1]。随着经济的迅速发展市场竞争也变得十分激烈,建筑行业也不例外,行业内市场竞争也愈变愈烈。然而,行业效益却逐年下降,作为项目施工管理的重要一部分的项目施工成本控制对企业的生死存亡起着至关重要的作用,成本管理工作的好坏直接影响单位的经济效益。内外部环境的局势对建筑施工企业来讲无疑是个沉重的压力和打击。项目施工成本控制问题逐渐被人们关注起来,行业人士也越来越意识到项目施工成本控制的重要性[2]。因此,研究北京市设备安装工程集团有限公司清河再生水厂二期工程项目施工成本控制方案对于提高企业效益水平、降低施工成本、节约资源具有重大的现实意义和理论意义。本文以清河再生水厂二期工程项目为研究对象,对施工阶段成本控制进行研究。通过对一期工程项目施工成本控制进行深入分析研究,发现清河再生水厂工程项目在施工成本控制这方面产生的不足和缺陷,并在将总结出的经验与二期项目特点相结合的基础上,做好二期工程项目施工成本控制工作。在项目管理、成本管理等相关理论知识的基础上,运用实践与理论相结合的方法以及基本的管理学研究方法,结合项目施工成本控制的原理与方法对该工程项目的施工成本控制问题进行研究,为北京市设备安装工程集团有限公司清河再生水厂二期工程项目施工成本控制提出改进措施,提高施工成本管理效率,节约成本、减少浪费,提高公司的效益。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the pillar industry of China's economy and occupies an important position in the national economy. With the rapid development of the economy, the construction industry is also experiencing rapid development. At the same time, the construction industry waste of resources, low cost control efficiency, high material costs, rising labor costs and other issues emerge in an endless stream, project construction cost control process, methods, measures and other aspects of a large number of shortcomings and loopholes. As far as the enterprise is concerned, the benefit is an important factor to decide its survival, and the cost is the key factor to decide the benefit, so is the construction enterprise [1].With the rapid development of the economy, the market competition has become very fierce, the construction industry is no exception, and the market competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce. The cost control of project construction, an important part of project construction management, plays a vital role in the survival and death of the enterprise. The quality of cost management directly affects the economic benefits of the unit. People pay more and more attention to it, and people in the industry are more and more aware of the importance of project construction cost control [2]. This paper takes the second phase of Qinghe Recycling Water Plant as the research object, and studies the cost control in the construction phase. Through the in-depth analysis of the construction cost control of the first phase of the project, it finds out the shortcomings and defects in the construction cost control of the Qinghe Recycling Water Plant project, and will summarize them. On the basis of combining the experience with the characteristics of the second-phase project, the construction cost control work of the second-phase project should be done well. The construction cost control of the project is studied, and the improvement measures are put forward for the construction cost control of the second phase project of Qinghe Recycling Water Plant of Beijing Equipment and Installation Engineering Group Co., Ltd. to improve the construction cost management efficiency, save cost, reduce waste and improve the company's efficiency.
