宝钢电厂生产管理系统的开发及应用

【摘要】:电力行业是我国经济和社会发展的基本保障,在国民经济行业中,其是最核心和基础的行业之一。因此,如何降低电厂生产成本,保障电厂安全运行,提高电厂生产效率成为保障我国电力企业保持快速发展的重要举措。依据股份公司信息化管理要求和电力行业管理规范,充分考虑电厂目前的信息化现状,在电厂建立宝钢电厂生产管理系统,以满足电厂生产管理信息化及精细化要求,主要内容包括:移植及扩充分厂作业流程系统;功能移植及扩充异动管理系统;功能移植及扩充缺陷管理系统;功能废除电厂设备管理系统;新增基准管理子系统;新增两票管理子系统;新增专业管理子系统;新增成本管理子系统;新增技术监督管理子系统;无缝连接或关联其它系统,包括:9672设备管理系统,财务管理系统,上海发电市场技术支持系统,华东电网辅助服务系统,上海市环保局监测系统;系统软、硬件及网络环境升级更换。通过系统升级,使电厂生产管理系统达到功能完善、简捷易用,可靠性高、安全性好、可用性强的目的,确保应用系统持续、可靠、安全地运行,为各台发电机组稳定、安全和经济发电,做出贡献。整合电厂现有的信息化系统,形成统一的生产管理系统,配套生产管理系统所需的系统软、硬件环境。提高电厂信息化管理的水平,提高电厂生产、管理人员获得信息的效率,缩短数据收集和分析的时间,提高历史数据的可靠性和可用性,并提供简明友善的管理手段,进而提高整体生产率,以适应当前人员紧缺的劳动力状况。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is the basic guarantee for the economic and social development of our country. In the national economy industry, it is one of the most core and basic industries. Therefore, how to reduce the production cost of power plants, ensure the safe operation of power plants, and improve the efficiency of power plant production has become an important measure to ensure the rapid development of power enterprises in China. According to the information management requirements of the joint-stock company and the management standard of the electric power industry, considering the present information situation of the power plant, the production management system of Baosteel Power Plant is established in the power plant to meet the requirements of the informatization and refinement of the power plant production management. The main contents include: transplantation and expansion of branch plant operation process system; functional transplantation and expansion of the transaction management system; functional transplantation and expansion of defect management system; functional abolition of power plant equipment management system; new benchmark management subsystem; New two votes management subsystem; new professional management subsystem; new cost management subsystem; new technical supervision and management subsystem; seamless connection or connection with other systems, including: 9672 equipment management system, financial management system, Shanghai Power Market Technical support system, East China Power Grid Auxiliary Service system, Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau Monitoring system; system software, hardware and network environment upgrade and replacement. Through the system upgrade, the power plant production management system can achieve the purpose of perfect function, simple and easy to use, high reliability, good safety and strong availability. It can ensure the application system to run continuously, reliably and safely, which is stable for each generator set. Make a contribution to safe and economical power generation. Integrating the existing information system of the power plant, forming a unified production management system, supporting the system software and hardware environment for the production management system. To improve the level of information management in power plants, to improve the efficiency of power plant production, to obtain information for managers, to shorten the time for data collection and analysis, to improve the reliability and availability of historical data, and to provide a concise and friendly means of management. Then raise overall productivity, in order to adapt to the current labor shortage situation.
