浅谈建筑工程成本控制存在问题的原因及对策

【摘要】：随着时代的发展各类高楼林立,这离不开社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善,也离不开建筑行业的飞速前进。但是建筑行业内的诸多企业仍旧采取传统的项目管理模式,导致日常工程成本控制方面存在较大的问题,在一定程度上造成了资源的浪费。为此应当建立一套完善全面具体的日常工程成本控制体系,不断提高企业内部的管理水平,不断提高企业综合竞争力,以此逐步实现建筑行业的绿色长期发展。本文将对建筑工程成本控制方面存在的问题加分析概述,以供参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, all kinds of tall buildings can not be separated from the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy system and the rapid progress of the construction industry. However, many enterprises in the construction industry still adopt the traditional project management mode, which leads to the problem of daily engineering cost control, which to some extent results in the waste of resources. Therefore, we should establish a set of comprehensive and concrete daily engineering cost control system, constantly improve the internal management level of enterprises, constantly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, so as to gradually realize the long-term green development of the construction industry. In this paper, the problems in cost control of construction engineering are analyzed and summarized for reference.
