Scrum敏捷方法在湖南翼方软件项目管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着计算机技术与互联网技术的飞速发展,软件开发也面临着新的问题:用户通常希望开发团队能够更快的响应用户需求,更高效的提交软件产品,更主动的应对用户需求的变更。为了迎接这些新的挑战,各软件开发企业不但在技术层面不断创新,同时在项目管理方法上也谋求创新。其中敏捷方法作为打破传统软件开发模式的新方法逐渐被众多优秀软件开发企业采用,并大量应用到软件项目管理中。 在众多敏捷方法中,Scrum敏捷方法以其自身的诸多优点,逐渐成为最具代表性和应用最广的方法之一。湖南翼方科技有限公司由于企业规模小,管理上缺乏规范,在公司的项目实施过程中,常出现项目进度超期,质量与成本控制不严等问题。为了更好应对本行业激烈竞争,提升自身的软件项目管理水平,加强管理创新,在总结以往项目管理经验的基础上,公司决定在软件开发项目管理中引入Scrum敏捷方法。本文对湖南翼方科技有限公司项目管理现状做了深入的分析,并结合公司项目管理的实际情况,设计了项目实施的Scrum方案。然后以湖南翼方项目案例作为研究对象,具体探讨了Scrum敏捷方法在湖南翼方软件项目管理中的应用,包括Scrum敏捷方法在软件项目的进度管理、成本管理以及质量管理中的应用,并且重点研究了Scrum敏捷方法在项目过程控制与进度管理中的应用。 通过对采用Scrum敏捷方法的项目实施结果的分析,无论是在项目进度控制、降低开发成本、提高产品质量,还是在提高团队士气、提高用户满意度、简化开发流程等方面都有较大改善。本文理论与实践相结合,,所做的研究对湖南翼方科技有限公司项目管理与管理创新有一定的指导意义,同时对本行业的其他企业也有很好的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology, software development also faces new problems: users usually want the development team to respond to user needs more quickly and submit software products more efficiently. Be more proactive in responding to changes in user needs. In order to meet these new challenges, software development enterprises not only continuously innovate in technology level, but also seek innovation in project management methods. Agile method, as a new method to break the traditional software development model, has been adopted by many excellent software development enterprises and applied to software project management. Among the many agile methods, Scrum Agile method has become one of the most representative and widely used methods with its own advantages. Due to the small scale of the enterprise and the lack of standardization in management, Hunan Yifang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. often has some problems in the process of project implementation, such as the project schedule is overdue, the quality and cost are not strictly controlled, and so on. In order to better deal with the fierce competition of the industry, improve the level of software project management, strengthen the management innovation, on the basis of summarizing the past project management experience, the company decided to introduce Scrum agile method in software development project management. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of project management in Hunan Yifang Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and designs the Scrum scheme of project implementation combined with the actual situation of project management in Hunan Yinfang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Then taking Hunan wing square project as the research object, the paper discusses the application of Scrum agile method in Hunan wing square software project management, including the application of Scrum agile method in software project schedule management, cost management and quality management. The application of Scrum agile method in project process control and schedule management is also studied. Through the analysis of the results of project implementation using Scrum agile method, whether in project schedule control, reducing development costs, improving product quality, or improving team morale and user satisfaction, Simplification of the development process and other aspects have been greatly improved. This paper combines the theory with practice, the research has certain guiding significance to the project management and management innovation of Hunan Yifang Science and Technology Co., Ltd., at the same time, it can also be used for reference to other enterprises in this industry.
