冶金高炉工程进度控制研究

【摘要】:大型冶金高炉建设工程具有众多利益相关方、技术复杂、环境恶劣、投资大、规模大、建设周期长等特点,是一项大型的系统工程。好的管理,能使项目建设过程中各个环节、各种资源得以有效组织、有机结合,从而保证工程建设项目的工程质量、安全、进度、成本得到有效的控制。 近年来,建筑施工技术及工业冶炼技术经历了迅速发展,但对于很多施工单位来讲,项目管理仍采用传统的方法,管理者思想落后,对施工进度过程中相关问题认识不足,进而影响项目的进度。施工进度管理往往在施工中被大家忽视,当工期要求紧迫的时候,,由于施工方施工压力大,不是正常有序地施工,而盲目赶工期,难免会导致工程的质量、安全等方面问题进而增加施工成本,因此施工进度控制不仅关系到施工进度目标是否能够实现,而且关系到工程质量和成本。 本文通过对工程管理理论的基本回顾,针对目前大型冶金高炉工程的现状,进行了大型冶金高炉工程特点的分析。结合某钢厂2560m3高炉主体建设工程进度控制的实践,以2560m3高炉主体建设工程为实例采用项目进度控制的理论,讨论项目进度控制的原则;分析项目进度控制与前期策划、质量、技术的关系,实施过程中的动态调整,进行项目实施前过程中进度的事前控制、事中控制、事后控制以及采用赢得值法进行进度与成本管理。
[Abstract]:The construction project of large metallurgical blast furnace is a large system engineering with many stakeholders, complex technology, bad environment, large investment, large scale and long construction cycle. Good management can effectively organize and combine all kinds of resources in the process of project construction, so as to ensure the engineering quality, safety, schedule and cost of the project can be effectively controlled. In recent years, the construction technology and the industrial smelting technology have experienced rapid development, but for many construction units, the project management still adopts the traditional method, the management thought is backward, and the understanding of the related problems in the construction progress process is insufficient. This will affect the progress of the project. Construction schedule management is often ignored by everyone in construction. When the construction period is urgent, because the construction pressure is great, it is not normal and orderly construction, but blindly rush the construction period, it will inevitably lead to the quality of the project. Therefore, the construction schedule control is not only related to whether the construction schedule can be achieved, but also to the quality and cost of the project. Based on the review of engineering management theory and the present situation of large metallurgical blast furnace engineering, this paper analyzes the characteristics of large metallurgical blast furnace engineering. Combined with the practice of the main construction project of 2560m3 blast furnace in a steel plant, the principle of project schedule control is discussed by taking the main construction project of 2560m3 blast furnace as an example and adopting the theory of project schedule control. Analysis of the relationship between project schedule control and pre-planning, quality, technology, dynamic adjustment in the implementation process, prior control of progress in the process of project implementation, in-process control, Post-control and the use of earned value method for progress and cost management.
