中化十一建公司项目成本管理改进研究

【摘要】:随着国家经济体制改革的深入,市场竞争愈加激烈,工程建筑市场逐步规范,竞争也是更加残酷,利润空间受到严重挤压,对施工企业管理提出了更高的要求。企业要想生存和发展,在竞争中立于不败之地,以合理的价位中标,并生产出工期短、质量好、成本低和用户满意的产品,必须运用一套行之有效的管理方法加强企业管理,节能降耗,内部挖掘的路子,通过降低成本最终实现经济效益最大化。 运用因素比较法进行成本管控,具有通俗易懂、简单易行,便于掌握的特点。比较法的应用,是将实际指标与目标指标对比。以此检查目标完成的情况,分析影响目标完成的积极因素和消极因素,以便及时采取措施,保证成本目标的实现。因素比较法在建筑安装企业成本分析中通常有两个目标成本,即施工图预算、计划成本,以施工图预算控制最为关键,以施工图预算为参照,可以从根本上分析影响经济效益的因素,达到用数据说话,及时发现问题并纠正问题,从而提高自身市场竞争能力,推进企业可持续发展。 本文以中化集团第十一建设有限公司库车项目部为工程案例,对工程前期、工程中期、工程竣工节点,运用因素对比法对相关技术经济指标进行分析,检查目标的完成情况,分析产生差异的原因,提出解决问题的途径,从而挖掘内部潜力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the national economic system reform, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, the engineering construction market is gradually standardized, the competition is more cruel, the profit space has been seriously squeezed, and the management of construction enterprises has been put forward higher requirements. If an enterprise wants to survive and develop, stand in an invincible position in the competition, win the bid at a reasonable price, and produce products with short construction period, good quality, low cost and satisfactory users, it must use a set of effective management methods to strengthen the management of the enterprise. Energy saving and consumption reduction, internal excavation way, through reducing the cost to realize the economic benefit maximization. The method of factor comparison is easy to understand, easy to use and easy to grasp. The application of comparative method is to compare the actual index with the target index. The positive and negative factors affecting the achievement of the goal are analyzed in order to take timely measures to ensure the realization of the cost target. The factor comparison method usually has two target costs in the cost analysis of construction and installation enterprises, that is, the construction drawing budget, the plan cost, the construction drawing budget control is the most critical, and the construction drawing budget is the reference. The factors affecting economic benefits can be fundamentally analyzed, and the data can be used to speak, find problems and correct problems in time, thus improving their market competitiveness and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. In this paper, taking the depot project department of the 11th Construction Co., Ltd of Sinochem Group as an engineering case, the paper analyzes the relevant technical and economic indexes by using the method of factor contrast to check the completion of the target, and analyzes the pre-project, mid-stage and completion nodes of the project. Analyze the cause of the difference, put forward the way to solve the problem, so as to tap the internal potential.
