畜牧业物流成本管理模式的反思与协同构建

【摘要】：笔者通过反思独一的制度化管理或人性化管理的弊端,从经济学的角度分析了制度化和人性化融合的必然性,从文化的认同是畜牧业物流成本管理的制度化和人性化协调的前提、制度合理是基础、有效的激励是核心、共同发展是目标等几个方面协同构建了畜牧业物流成本管理的制度化与人性化模式融合。
[Abstract]:The author has analyzed the necessity of institutionalization and human-based integration from the perspective of economics, and the system is reasonable and based on the premise of the institutionalization of the logistics cost management of the animal husbandry and the human-based coordination from the perspective of economics. The effective incentive is the core and the common development is the goal and so on.
