【摘要】：海军军械修理工厂作为我国海军军队后勤的重要支柱,对我国军用产品的制造与生产管理有着极大的影响,随着经济发展与军事力量的不断强化,管理与控制海军军械修理工厂成本措施也逐渐被重视。本文从海军军械修理工厂成本管理与控制措施进行探讨,分析现今海军军械修理工厂成本控制管理的现状及存在的问题,提出实际指导建议,以期帮助行业更加优化与快速发展。
