中国供应链金融与中小企业融资研究

【摘要】：从我国开始全面落实改革开放政策以来，，中小企业发展迅速，为我国经济的进一步发展起到了决定性的作用，解决了我国经济发展缓慢、就业困难、经济不稳定等问题。但是，“融资难”的问题也成为整个中小企业群体有待解决的问题。近年来，国内众多学者都在为解决中小企业融资难的问题而不断努力，在此过程中学者们发现中小企业的资金需求主要为供应链。因此中小企业作为供应链中的一部分，要从供应链这个整体出发，以寻求解决问题的方法。 供应链金融从供应链的整体角度出发，借助核心企业的信用，将供应链的企业存货转化为资金，填补供应链内部中小企业的资金缺口，对资金的可得性和成本进行系统性优化的过程。这种优化主要是通过供应链内的信息流进行归集、整合、打包和利用的过程中，嵌入成本分析、成本管理和各种融资手段而实现的。通过构建供应链，为中小企业融资过程中面临的高风险、高投入问题提供了新的解决方法。近年来，供应链金融作为商业银行的一项新业务，从整体角度出发，通过分析行业的特点和链条之间的关系，设定合理有效的融资方案，将资金注入到供应链中，为中小企业创造出高效的融资平台，为中小企业的发展提供充足的资金支持。 本文从国内外对供应链金融研究现状出发，阐述供应链金融的发展前景。分析供应链金融对中小企业融资的积极作用。结合目前我国中小企业发展中存在的问题，包括政府政策方面、商业银行方面以及中小企业自身方面，总结出我国中小企业发展缓慢的原因。进而应用供应链金融，从以上几个方面得出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:Since China began to implement the policy of reform and opening up in an all-round way, small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly, played a decisive role in the further development of China's economy, and solved the problems of slow economic development, employment difficulties, economic instability and so on. However, the problem of financing difficulties has also become a problem to be solved by the whole group of small and medium-sized enterprises. In recent years, many scholars in China are trying to solve the problem of financing difficulties of SMEs. In this process, scholars find that the capital needs of SMEs are mainly supply chain. Therefore, as a part of the supply chain, small and medium-sized enterprises should start from the supply chain as a whole in order to find a solution to the problem. From the overall point of view of supply chain finance, with the help of the credit of core enterprises, the inventory of supply chain enterprises is transformed into funds, which fills the capital gap of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain, and systematically optimizes the availability and cost of funds. This optimization is mainly realized by embedding cost analysis, cost management and various financing means in the process of collecting, integrating, packaging and utilizing the information flow in the supply chain. Through the construction of supply chain, it provides a new solution to the problem of high risk and high investment in the financing process of small and medium-sized enterprises. In recent years, supply chain finance, as a new business of commercial banks, from the overall point of view, through the analysis of the characteristics of the industry and the relationship between chains, set up a reasonable and effective financing scheme, inject funds into the supply chain, create an efficient financing platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide sufficient financial support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the research status of supply chain finance at home and abroad, this paper expounds the development prospect of supply chain finance. This paper analyzes the positive effect of supply chain finance on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. Combined with the problems existing in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, including government policy, commercial banks and small and medium-sized enterprises themselves, this paper summarizes the reasons for the slow development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Then the application of supply chain finance, from the above aspects to get the corresponding countermeasures.
