黑红江省第十五届大学生运动会项目化管理研究

【摘要】：项目管理作为应用较为广泛、较为成熟的管理学科，其先进的管理模式和方法也同样适用于体育赛事管理。体育赛事追求的低成本、高效率、高回报，也要求体育赛事急需引入先进的管理技术和理论，让项目化管理成为必然。项目化管理方法运用到高校体育赛事组织管理中，充分发挥其管理优势，让体育赛事追求的按时、高效、低成本成为可能，，促进高校体育赛事水平的进一步提高。本文介绍了黑龙江省第十五届大学生运动会的组织结构和项目化管理过程，重点对第十五届大学生运动会中使用的范围管理、时间管理、质量管理、风险管理、成本管理等项目化管理内容进行研究，总结了黑龙江省第十五届大学生运动会项目化管理的保障措施。研究发现，在黑龙江省第十五届大学生运动会赛事管理实施过程中，项目化管理的思想始终贯穿于赛会组织管理的全过程，初步解决了赛会举办过程中遇到的应变能力、降低成本、规避风险以及提高效率等问题，收到了预期效果。同时，针对赛会项目化管理中存在的不足进行了分析，提出了优化建议。黑龙江省第十五届大学生运动会项目化管理的成功，为今后举办类似体育赛事提供了可借鉴经验。
[Abstract]:Project management, as a widely used and mature management discipline, its advanced management mode and method are also suitable for sports event management. The low cost, high efficiency and high return of sports events also require the introduction of advanced management technology and theory, so that project management is inevitable. The project management method is applied to the organization and management of sports events in colleges and universities, giving full play to its management advantages, making the pursuit of sports events on time, efficient and low cost possible, and promoting the further improvement of the level of sports events in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the organizational structure and project management process of the 15th University Games in Heilongjiang Province, focuses on the scope management, time management, quality management, risk management, cost management and other project management contents used in the 15th University Games, and summarizes the safeguard measures for the project management of the 15th University Games in Heilongjiang Province. It is found that in the course of the implementation of the competition management of the 15th University Games in Heilongjiang Province, the idea of project management has always run through the whole process of the organization and management of the competition, and the problems encountered in the course of the event, such as adaptability, cost reduction, risk aversion and efficiency improvement, have been preliminarily solved, and the expected results have been achieved. At the same time, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the project management of the competition meeting, and puts forward some suggestions for optimization. The success of the project management of the 15th University Games in Heilongjiang Province provides a reference experience for the holding of similar sports events in the future.
