【摘要】：随着“智慧旅游”时代的到来，旅游信息化建设已经成为旅游业可持续发展的重要支撑、实现旅游经营管理现代化的重要途径、推动旅游产业转型升级的重要推动力。如何利用这一契机,建立旅游信息服务系统,运用信息技术增强旅游信息的可获得性、规模性、共享性、实用性从而满足旅游者、旅游企业和旅游管理部门对旅游信息资源的需求，已经成为旅游信息化建设的必然要求和理性选择。以系统理论、信息管理理论、公共管理理论为研究基础，采取文献研究法、调查法、实证分析方法对旅游信息服务系统的构建进行全面系统的研究。主要研究内容包括三个方面:一是理论研究。以旅游信息服务、系统理论为指导，参考相关理论及其发展动态，从系统的角度出发，从理论层面解决旅游信息服务系统内涵问题,建立起研究的理论基础；二是旅游信息服务系统现实研究。通过对我国旅游信息服务发展现状进行分析，发现我国旅游服务信息系统构建过程中还存在不足，并就旅游信息服务系统构建的必要性和可行性进行研究，结合国内发达旅游城市建设成果进行借鉴，旨在构建相对完善的旅游城市旅游信息服务系统；三是旅游信息服务系统构建方案对策研究,就旅游信息服务系统构建的框架、保障体系,系统内容进行详细的阐述，指出我国旅游信息服务系统应包括：旅游政务信息服务系统、旅游者信息服务系统、旅游企业信息服务系统、旅游监测预报系统、旅游安全保障系统五个方面，并就系统构建提出相关建议，最后进行市场预测。该研究图通过旅游信息服务系统构建的理论和实践分析,以期对相关理论的发展有所贡献，，对旅游管理部门进行实践建设具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of "intelligent tourism", tourism information construction has become an important support for the sustainable development of tourism, and an important way to realize the modernization of tourism management. How to make use of this opportunity to establish tourism information service system and use information technology to enhance the availability, scale and sharing of tourism information. To meet the needs of tourists, tourism enterprises and tourism management departments for tourism information resources has become the inevitable requirement and rational choice of tourism information construction. On the basis of system theory, information management theory and public management theory, this paper adopts the method of literature research and investigation. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, theoretical research. Guided by tourism information service and system theory. Referring to the relevant theories and their development trends, from the system point of view, from the theoretical level to solve the connotation of tourism information service system, to establish the theoretical basis of the study; Second, the reality of tourism information service system. Through the analysis of the current situation of tourism information service development in China, we find that there are still deficiencies in the process of construction of tourism information system in China. The necessity and feasibility of the construction of tourism information service system are studied. The purpose of this paper is to build a relatively perfect tourism information service system of tourism city. Three is the tourism information service system construction plan countermeasure research, on the tourism information service system construction frame, the safeguard system, the system content carries on the detailed elaboration. The paper points out that China's tourism information service system should include five aspects: tourism government information service system, tourist information service system, tourism enterprise information service system, tourism monitoring and forecasting system, and tourism security guarantee system. And put forward the relevant suggestions on the system construction, and finally carry out market forecast. Through the theoretical and practical analysis of the construction of tourism information service system, the research map is expected to contribute to the development of relevant theories and has a guiding significance for the practical construction of tourism management departments.
