【摘要】：正研究方向高等教育学答辩时间2011年5月以提高高等学校财务绩效为出发点和回归点,审视、反思和优化高等学校的内部管理,克服学校管理制度的缺失或者低效,促进高等学校管理制度的创新,是一个全新的视角。作为理论基础,新公共管理理论的核心价值诉求——追求卓越绩效为研究提供了重要支撑。
[Abstract]:In May 2011, to improve the financial performance of colleges and universities as the starting point and return point, to examine, reflect and optimize the internal management of colleges and universities. It is a new perspective to overcome the deficiency or inefficiency of the school management system and to promote the innovation of the management system in colleges and universities. The core value of the new public management theory-the pursuit of outstanding performance provides an important support for the study.
