【摘要】："城市双修"是中央城市工作会议提出的城市规划管理工作的新要求,是新常态下适应存量规划、探索城市转型发展之路的全新理念。历史河道与城市起源、发展、衍变过程密切相关,在高速的城市建设中,如何解决历史河道的文化内涵与功能价值被掩藏的问题,实现滨水区复兴具有重要的意义。文章结合成都"宜居水岸"工程,以护城河中的西郊河、饮马河示范段为例,从强化文化特色、优化功能布局、完善道路交通和改善生态环境四个方面探讨"城市双修"理念下的历史河道复兴规划策略,以期为相关规划提供参考。
