【摘要】：自改革开放以来,随着中国市场经济的发展,公民民主的意识不断加强,群众的参与政治的欲望也随之高涨。传统的大政府已经不适应时代要求,公共产品的供给模式需要与时俱进。社区矫正是政府在社会管理中的重要组成部分,是我国施行刑罚的新途径。如何做好社区矫正工作,如何为大众提供满意的公共产品和公共服务是我国社区矫正工作的全面实施后,政府所面临一项重要问题。只有运用社会管理创新的思维和方法,才能适应当前时代变化的要求和做好当前社区矫正工作。本文以福建省大田县社区矫正为研究对象,首先对大田县社区矫正管理的基本情况、主要做法和初步成效等问题进行深入梳理,并在此基础上,运用公共管理相关理论剖析了大田县社区矫正管理中存在的问题及其原因,进而通过借鉴国内外主要国家和地区社区矫正管理经验和教训,对大田县的社区矫正管理工作在今后的改革和发展提出可行性建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of Chinese market economy, citizen democratic consciousness enhancement, people's participation in the political desire has also risen. The traditional government has not adapt to the requirements of the times, supply mode needs to keep pace with the times of public products. Community correction is an important part in the social management of the government, is a new way China's implementation of the penalty. How to do the work of community correction, how to provide public products and public services to the public is the full implementation of community correction in China after the government faces an important problem. Only thinking and using the method of social management innovation, in order to adapt to the current requirements of the times change and do a good job in the current community correction. This paper takes Fujian province Datian County community correction as the research object, firstly, Datian County community correction management basic situation, main measures and preliminary results Thorough combing and other issues, and on this basis, analyzes the existing problems in the management of community correction in Datian County and the reasons for the use of public management theory, and by referring to the main countries and regions of the domestic and foreign community correction management experience and lessons of Datian County Community Corrections management work put forward feasible suggestions in the reform and development in the future.
