【摘要】：市场经济的发展,非营利组织作为众多新兴经济主体之一,不仅在经济领域发挥作用,更在政治领域内为全球治理危机提供了一种有益的解决方法,成为政府之外的另一种公共管理主体。公民社会则是随着非营利组织的兴起而发展起来的,非营利组织所追求的自由、独立以及民主公民权皆是公民社会的核心要素,两者在价值观上具有高度的一致性。非营利组织对公民社会的建设意义重大,它在公民权的保障、公民意识的培育、公民参与方式的多样化及"强社会"的建设等方面具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, non-profit organizations, as one of the emerging economic subjects, not only play a role in the economic field, but also provide a useful solution to the global governance crisis in the political field. Civil society is developed with the rise of non-profit organizations, the freedom that non-profit organizations pursue. Independence and democratic citizenship are the core elements of civil society, the two have a high degree of consistency in values. Non-profit organizations have great significance to the construction of civil society, it is the protection of civil rights. The cultivation of civic consciousness, the diversification of citizen participation and the construction of a strong society play an important role.
