以社团化模式创新高职院校学生管理

【摘要】：在当前"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,高职院校学生在思想、性格、学习、生活、交际等方面也呈现了新的特点,加之互联网+网络新环境的出现,高职院校学生管理工作将面临诸多的挑战。带着"人管"色彩和经验管理色彩的传统权威型、行政管制型的学生管理模式受到后勤社会化改革、弹性学制和学分制等新兴制度的强烈冲击。高职院校学生管理难以体现管理对象,也就是高职学生的诉求;高职学生与高职院校在沟通渠道上的互动不足;高职院校在学生管理制度上很难体现高职学生的意愿;传统的学生管理模式问题越来越多,越来越不适应当下高职院校的发展。因此,创新高职院校学生管理模式显得十分迫切。本文以高职院校学生管理模式为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈等研究方法分析总结高职院校学生特点的变化及学生管理特点的现状。根据调研访谈的结果,从当下社团的蓬勃发展、学生参与社团的特点以及社团在高职院校学生管理中起到的积极作用去分析社团化高职院校学生管理模式的构建具有很大的可行性。以社团化模式创新高职院校学生管理倡导应用新公共管理理论、以人为本管理理论、团队管理理论思想,让学生以平等互动的方式加入学校管理,使每个学生得以尊重和发展,保证"以生为本"的管理理念能真正落到实处。社团化模式的高职院校学生管理体系包括行之有效的组织制度和管理制度,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面实现新的管理模式的运行,同时建立相应的保障制度。学生入学后运用社团组成的方式组成在校期间学生最重要的基层集体组织,最大限度的弱化传统班级的概念,根据相应的社团化管理制度和实施方法进行活动,社团成为学生在校提升综合能力的有效载体。
[Abstract]:At present, under the background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", the students of higher vocational colleges also present new characteristics in the aspects of thought, character, study, life, communication and so on, together with the emergence of the new environment of Internet network. The management of students in higher vocational colleges will face many challenges. The traditional authoritative model with the color of "person management" and the color of experience management, and the mode of student management based on administrative control have been reformed by the socialization of logistics. The students' management in higher vocational colleges is difficult to embody the object of management, that is, the demand of higher vocational students, because of the strong impact of the new system, such as flexible academic system and credit system. The interaction between higher vocational students and higher vocational colleges in communication channels is insufficient; It is difficult for higher vocational colleges to embody the wishes of students in the student management system. There are more and more problems in the traditional student management mode, which is more and more unsuitable for the development of higher vocational colleges. It is very urgent to innovate the management mode of students in higher vocational colleges. This paper takes the student management model of higher vocational colleges as the main research object, through the questionnaire survey. Interview and other research methods to analyze and summarize the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges and students management characteristics of the status quo. According to the results of research interviews from the current vigorous development of the community. The characteristics of students' participation in the association and the positive role played by the community in the management of students in higher vocational colleges to analyze the feasibility of the construction of the student management model in the corporatization of higher vocational colleges. Student management advocates the application of new public management theory. The theory of people-oriented management and the theory of team management enable students to join the school management in an equal and interactive manner, so that each student can respect and develop. Ensure that the "student-oriented" management concept can be truly put into practice. The corporatization model of student management system includes effective organizational system and management system, from the macro, meso. Micro three levels to achieve the operation of new management model, and establish a corresponding security system. Students after admission to the use of the form of organizations to form the most important grass-roots collective organizations of students in school. The concept of traditional class is weakened to the maximum extent and the activities are carried out according to the corresponding corporatization management system and implementation method. The community becomes an effective carrier for students to improve their comprehensive ability in school.
