北京市政路桥管理养护集团工程信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着北京市政路桥管理养护集团的业务加快发展,集团在桥梁道路建设的工程项目也越来越多,将这些工程建设项目的规划、计划以及实施管理过程纳入正规化统一管理的需求变得尤为迫切。为了适应集团业务的快速发展,同时更为了避免桥梁道路工程在规划、计划、立项以及建设和验收过程中可能出现的人力物力成本的浪费,北京市政路桥管理养护集团着力搭建一个涵盖整个工程审批建设流程的信息化系统。北京市政路桥养护集团在工程信息管理系统采用经典的B/S架构进行系统规划和设计。在开发框架上,本系统选用Spring Mvc框架进行功能模块的实现,页面的开发则采用的是JSP+JQuery的组合提升用户的操作体验,UI设计也更加人性化。为了提高平台的开发效率,也为了让信息化管理平台能够合理、高效和安全,本系统严格筛选了需要使用的技术。在业务功能上,北京市政路桥管理养护集团工程信息管理系统主要分为工程规划管理、工程计划管理、工程项目管理——前期、工程项目管理——后期,以及工程公共管理五大模块。除此以外,本系统还有系统管理、人员管理等模块,暂时不做重点讨论。本系统旨在将工程建设的前期规划,工程计划,以及工程的立项、施工、验收等环节纳入全过程管理范畴。在管理过程中,既能够节省环节流转的成本,同时又对工程建设过程中出现的各种数据进行统一分析汇总。从而预测未来工程建设情况,以便及时发现工程管理过程中可能存在的各种漏洞,进而帮助企业实现管理目标。本系统将施工单位信息、工程结算信息和财务决算信息、工程拆分子任务信息、其他费用信息等全面纳入系统管理中,企业管理者能直观的了解到整个工程的全部费用及施工成本等相关信息,因此能够对工程当前所在的环节以及工程在施工和验收过程中存在的问题进行有效的分析。建成后的北京市政路桥管理养护集团工程信息管理系统将统一进行工程信息的管理。在管理过程中产生的数据,将为企业及时发现工程建设过程中存在的漏洞以及对未来作出正确决策提供有力的数据支撑。但是,本系统在试运行过程中发现一些不足,用户希望能够与增加移动办公系统的交互使用,该需求将在后期系统优化中着力解决。
