公共服务动机研究评述

【摘要】：公共服务动机是公共管理领域研究的热点,目前,学界关注的主要议题包括公共服务动机的基本概念、公共服务动机与相关变量的关系、公共服务动机的测量等。公共服务动机概念的复杂性和内隐性是导致其测量与相关变量关系研究复杂化的主要原因;公共服务动机与相关变量的关系研究存在很多对立的观点,这与动机的复杂性和公共组织环境的复杂性有关;在公共服务动机的测量方面,需要注意不同方法的局限性问题。未来的公共服务动机研究需要明确研究出发点、注意研究方法的严谨性、从心理学和组织行为学等跨学科角度深化对这一议题的研究。
[Abstract]:Public service motivation is a hot topic in the field of public management. At present, the main topics of academic concern include the basic concept of public service motivation, the relationship between public service motivation and related variables. The complexity and recessive of the concept of public service motivation are the main reasons for the complexity of the research on the relationship between the measurement and the related variables. There are many opposing viewpoints on the relationship between public service motivation and related variables, which is related to the complexity of motivation and the complexity of public organization environment. In the measurement of public service motivation, attention should be paid to the limitations of different methods. The future research on public service motivation needs to make clear the starting point and pay attention to the rigor of the research methods. To deepen the research on this subject from the perspective of psychology and organizational behavior.
