面向通勤交通廊道的停车换乘系统建模研究

【摘要】:近年来,在快速城市化进程和经济发展的影响下,城市交通需求迅速增长,交通问题成为困扰许多大城市发展的通病,交通拥堵成为制约城市经济和社会发展的“瓶颈”。停车换乘系统作为交通需求管理的一个重要手段,可以有效解决城市中心区的交通压力以及城市停车问题。 随着城市规模的扩大以及居住区与工作区的分离,人们的通勤出行距离不断增加,形成了较为固定的通勤廊道。一般而言,通勤廊道上包括公共交通、私家车以及停车换乘等多种交通方式。其中停车换乘是与小汽车出行和公共交通出行相结合的一种交通方式,它能减少进入市中心的交通量,从而缓解城市交通压力。 本论文对停车换乘的国内外研究现状进行了系统的分析,从需求分析、选址以及收费三个层面分析了国内外对停车换乘的研究情况。探讨了停车换乘设施的选址原则以及收费管理和策略。提出了通勤廊道上出行者模式选择均衡问题,并将此问题等价转化为一个变分不等式问题。分析探讨了连续均衡模型解的性质,并通过建立公共管理模型,对停车换乘地点进行了优化。最后,以北京市为例,通过对北京市整体概况以及交通需求的研究,对北京市的几条通勤廊道进行了停车换乘设施规划。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of rapid urbanization and economic development, the demand for urban transportation has increased rapidly, and traffic problems have become a common problem that puzzles the development of many big cities. Traffic congestion has become a "bottleneck" that restricts the development of urban economy and society. As an important means of traffic demand management, parking and transfer system can effectively solve the traffic pressure and parking problems in urban center. With the expansion of the city scale and the separation of the residential area and the working area, people's commuting distance is increasing, which forms a relatively fixed commuting corridor. Generally speaking, the commuting corridor includes public transportation. Private cars and other traffic modes, such as parking and transfer, are combined with car and public transportation, which can reduce the traffic flow into the city center and relieve the urban traffic pressure. This paper has carried on the systematic analysis to the domestic and foreign research present situation of the parking and transfer, from the demand analysis, This paper analyzes the research situation of parking and transfer at home and abroad, discusses the location principle, charge management and strategy of parking and transfer facilities, and puts forward the problem of how to choose and balance the modes of travelers on commuter corridors. The problem is equivalent to a variational inequality problem. The properties of the solution of the continuous equilibrium model are analyzed and discussed, and the parking and transfer location is optimized by establishing a common management model. Finally, taking Beijing as an example, Based on the study of the general situation and traffic demand of Beijing, several commuting corridors in Beijing are planned for parking and transfer facilities.
