[Abstract]:In July 1st 1940, the School of Administration of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region was established in Yan'an, with the Department of Administration, the Department of Finance and Economics, the Department of Law, and the Chairman of the Border region Government, Lin Boqu, as its president.
