当代互联网对我国政府行为的影响研究

【摘要】：上世纪末和本世纪初,信息技术成为了社会变革的主要动力,其影响也深入到社会建设和发展的各个方面,无论是各行各业,无论是个人还是公司企业。社会的变革必然导致社会管理的变革,这些变革的持续深入对处于现代化建设高速发展的中国有着巨大的影响,我国政府在处理社会问题的行为方面也面临着严峻的挑战,这些影响和挑战反过来影响着我国现代化建设的顺利进展。由此提出了一系列问题,我国政府部门在决策过程中受到了什么因素的影响,该采用什么样的策略,当前我国政府行为的主要特点和改进意见等。单纯地在理论层面,本文尝试从维护政府合理行为的角度出发,运用社会学理论、公共管理理论和互联网信息技术理论,对众多互联网影响政府决策行为的社会案例进行分析,找到现阶段政府在决策过程中存在的不足以及针对这些不足的完善方法。
[Abstract]:At the end of the last century and the beginning of this century, information technology became the main driving force of social change, and its influence also penetrated into all aspects of social construction and development, whether in various industries. Social changes will inevitably lead to changes in social management, both individual and corporate. The continuous deepening of these changes will have a tremendous impact on China, which is in the process of rapid development of modernization. Our government also faces serious challenges in dealing with social problems, which in turn affect the smooth progress of our modernization drive. What factors have influenced the decision-making process of Chinese government departments, what strategies should be adopted, the main characteristics and improvement opinions of the current government actions, and so on. Based on the theory of sociology, public administration and Internet information technology, this paper tries to analyze many social cases of Internet influencing government's decision-making behavior from the angle of maintaining government's rational behavior. To find out the shortcomings of the government in the decision-making process and to improve the methods for these deficiencies.
