高校DL信息资源管理研究

【摘要】：伴随信息技术的飞速发展,我国高校数字图书馆建设作为图书馆建设新阶段,充满了蓬勃向上的时代气息。面对数字信息时代纷繁复杂的信息资源,高校数字图书馆如何对这些信息资源进行合理开发、充分利用以及有效储存就显得极有重要。本文立足于我国数字图书馆的发展现状,从管理学、情报学、计算机等多学科交叉融合的角度对高校数字图书馆信息资源的整合进行系统分析。本文从管理学视角出发,将目前已在企业管理、公共管理中成熟应用的信息资源管理理论引入高校数字图书馆信息资源管理领域。首先,从信息资源管理概念出发,对当前我国高校数字图书馆信息资源进行了界定,分析了高校数字信息资源管理的必要性,指出了高校数字图书馆信息资源管理的管理原则、策略。在此基础上,本文结合信息技术、流程再造技术系统性制定了高校数字图书馆信息资源管理的流程、业务管理技术以及生产与服务管理技术。根据前半部分对高校数字图书馆信息资源管理理论、策略与方法等做作系统全面研究与分析,通过对安徽大学数字图书馆进行案例研究,分析了该图书馆信息资源管理的现状。在经过理论研究与调研后,系统性数理出了安徽大学数字图书馆信息资源管理的实施方案,并指出了其中值得推广以及存在的不足之处。最后,为提高我国高校数字图书馆信息资源管理水平,本文在总结前文中所出现的高校DL信息资源管理存在问题的基础上,尝试性地从信息管理、技术管理、人员管理、数据库管理等方向提出了对我国数字图书馆实施信息资源管理的策略建议,以期为我国高校提高信息资源管理水平,更好地为高校教学、科研和管理服务,提供实践参考。本文以比较法和案例分析法为研究方法,根据信息资源管理理论与方法构建我国高校数字图书馆信息资源管理研究框架,并对现阶段构图书馆信息资源管理存在的问题进行了探讨。这也是本文的基本贡献和创新之处。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of university digital library in our country, as a new stage of library construction, is full of vigorous and upward atmosphere of the times. It is very important for the digital library of colleges and universities to develop these information resources rationally, to make full use of them and to store them effectively. This paper systematically analyzes the integration of information resources of digital libraries in colleges and universities from the angle of interdisciplinary integration of computer and other subjects. From the perspective of management, this paper introduces the theory of information resource management, which has been used maturely in enterprise management and public management, into the field of information resource management of digital library in colleges and universities. This paper defines the information resources of university digital libraries in China, analyzes on the necessity of the management of digital information resources in colleges and universities, and points out the management principles and strategies of the information resources management in the digital libraries of colleges and universities. Combined with information technology and process reengineering technology, this paper systematically formulates the information resource management process of digital library in colleges and universities. Business management technology and production and service management technology. According to the first half of the digital library information resources management theory, strategies and methods of making a comprehensive study and analysis, Through the case study of the digital library of Anhui University, this paper analyzes on the present situation of the information resource management of the library. After theoretical research and investigation, the paper systematically puts forward the implementation scheme of the information resource management of the digital library of Anhui University. Finally, in order to improve the management level of information resources in the digital libraries of colleges and universities in China, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the management of DL information resources in colleges and universities. In order to improve the level of information resource management, this paper tries to put forward some suggestions on the implementation of information resource management in Chinese digital library from the aspects of information management, technology management, personnel management, database management and so on. Better for the university teaching, scientific research and management services, to provide practical reference. Based on the comparative method and the case analysis method, this paper constructs the research framework of information resource management in the digital library of our country according to the theory and method of information resource management. This paper also probes into the problems existing in the management of library information resources at this stage, which is also the basic contribution and innovation of this paper.
