[Abstract]:The role and role of the government in the process of safeguarding and improving people's livelihood is the focus of academic attention today. On November 24, 2012, sponsored by Zhejiang Federation of Social Sciences, Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University, The first Annual Conference of Zhejiang Social Sciences, "Rights and responsibilities: theory and practice of people's livelihood", sponsored by the School of Public Administration of Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University, was held in Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University.
