【摘要】：大数据作为一种技术现象引起了各方面的巨大关注,尤其在技术创新领域,更被视为一种范式转变。从科学、技术、社会(science,technology,society;STS)视域深刻分析大数据产生的动因和发展趋向,既有利于把握该技术本身发展的核心,更有利于推动国家创新生态系统的建立和健全。大数据治理必然引起全球经济、社会和政府的变革。
[Abstract]:Big data, as a technological phenomenon, has attracted great attention from all walks of life, especially in the field of technological innovation, and has been regarded as a paradigm shift. It is not only beneficial to grasp the core of the development of the technology itself, but also conducive to the establishment and improvement of the national innovation ecosystem. Big data's governance will inevitably lead to global economic, social and government changes.
