【摘要】：正区域性公共产品是指利益超越了单个行政辖区之外的公共产品。区域性公共产品供给研究是区域公共管理、区域治理等领域研究的重要内容,为如何开展区域合作,解决区域性公共问题提供理论支撑。一、区域性公共产品的特征和分类(一)区域性公共产品的特征1.受益上的空间性和内部差异性。只要区域性公共产品被提供出来,其受益面一般局限在特定的区域范围内,而其他区域一般受益不大。
