80后公务员工作幸福感影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】:近年来,幸福一词频频出现,一度成为两会的热点。然而在知识经济时代,如果人们有可能在今天的生活中寻找到幸福,他们在工作中必须幸福。工作幸福感不仅直接影响个体的工作效率,作为组织激励制度中的一种重要因素,更是对组织绩效和目标的实现起着至关重要的作用,不容忽视。 随着我国政治、经济快速发展,社会发展对我国公共管理部门的工作效率提出了更高的要求。如今,公务员队伍不断壮大,,80后新一代已成为基层公务员队伍中的中坚力量。近年来,公共管理部门的人事管理能力有了很大的提高,但还是存着在一些亟待解决的问题。中国人力资源开发网等媒体在全国5350在职人员中发起关于“工作幸福指数”调查,结果表明,公务员的工作幸福感指数远远低于人们的预期水平,工作怠慢,辞职跳槽等现象时常发生。由于工作幸福指数偏低,80后公务员在工作中出现了消极怠慢的工作态度和绩效偏低的工作状态,严重影响和制约着基层政府的工作绩效。为了提升80后公务员的工作幸福感,进而提高公共部门的工作绩效,保障政府部门拥有持续不断的创新力量,促进经济和社会各项发展目标的实现。因此,本文研究80后公务员工作幸福感影响因素具有一定的理论和实践意义。 本文的样本数据来源于随机抽取的山西省80后公务员。文章基于幸福感、工作幸福感的相关文献和理论分析,并对80后公务员的群体特点、工作现状及工作幸福感体验作了深刻的调查,利用相关分析、因子分析探索和修正工作幸福感的影响因素指标,结合层次分析法确定各指标的权重,最后建立80后公务员工作幸福感的影响因素指标体系模型,根据研究结论为公共管理部门提供改善80后公务员工作幸福感的建议。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, if people are likely to find happiness in today's life, they must be happy in their work. Working happiness is not only a direct impact on the efficiency of the individual, but also as an important factor in the organization of the incentive system, but also to the organization. The achievement of performance and goals plays a vital role and can not be ignored.
With the rapid development of our country's politics and economy, the social development has put forward higher demands on the work efficiency of the public administration department of our country. Nowadays, the civil service team is growing and the new generation after 80 has become the backbone of the grass-roots civil service team. In recent years, the personnel management ability of the public management department has been greatly improved, but still remains. The Chinese human resources development network, such as the China human resources development network, launched a survey on the "work happiness index" among 5350 employees in the country. The results show that the job happiness index of civil servants is far below the expected level, work snubbing, resignation and hopping often occur. The Post 80 civil servants have a negative attitude and low performance in their work, which seriously affect and restrict the work performance of the grass-roots government. In order to improve the work happiness of the post - 80 civil servants, improve the work performance of the public sector, and guarantee the continuous innovation of the government, and promote the economy and the economy. Therefore, this study has a certain theoretical and practical significance to study the factors influencing the happiness of post-80s civil servants.
The sample data from the random selected civil servants in the post-80s of Shanxi province. Based on the related literature and theoretical analysis of happiness and work happiness, this paper makes a deep investigation on the group characteristics of the Post 80 civil servants, the status of work and the experience of working happiness, and explores and corrections the happiness of work by the analysis of relevant analysis and factor analysis. The index of sound factors is used to determine the weight of each index by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the index system model of the influencing factors of the Post 80 civil servants' work happiness is established. According to the research conclusions, the public administration department provides suggestions to improve the job happiness of the post - 80s civil servants.
