浙江省食品安全监督的发展对策研究

【摘要】：食品质量安全与人的身体健康密不可分,是日常生活中最不能忽视的问题。我国经济发展越来越好,人民生活水平得到了显著提高,越来越多的人民开始追求饮食的质量,对食品安全的关注热情越来越高。但是,国内的一些企业和商家,盲目追求经济效益,不将国民生命安全放在第一位,致使很多不符合食品安全标准的食品流入市场,严重威胁到了国民身体健康。食品安全监督的研究一直是公共管理理论领域非常受欢迎的一个项目,因其与政治学、经济学和食品安全学密不可分。所以,我们可以运用经济学、食品安全学和政治学等学科的理论基础知识进行分析,系统性地进行理论研究,探讨现阶段浙江省食品安全监督中存在的问题,完善发展对策,以资站在造福人类身体健康的角度实施新的食品安全监督政策。这一课题研究有利于有效整合浙江省食品安全监督管理体制改革的战略部署方案,为完善浙江省食品安全监督提供现实依据和思路,是保证我国人民身体健康的重要事件。本文首先介绍了课题的研究背景,分析了研究浙江省食品安全监督发展对策的理论意义和实际意义,说明本论文的研究思路和研究方法等。接着从国际国内食品安全监督的机制体制入手调查和研究,具体深入分析食品安全的监督管理,又对现有浙江省食品安全法律制度进行了评析,从而了解到浙江省食品安全监督中存在的根本性问题和不足之处。然后学习合理有效的食品安全监督管理模式并合理应用到浙江省具体的监督机制中,为浙江省食品安全监督发展提出建议与思考,包括建立何种体制、完善哪些制度,破解哪些迷题等。
[Abstract]:Food quality and safety are closely related to human health, which is the most important problem in daily life. The economic development of our country is getting better and better, the people's living standard has been improved remarkably, more and more people begin to pursue the quality of diet and pay more and more attention to the food safety. However, some domestic enterprises and businesses blindly pursue economic benefits and do not put the safety of national life first. As a result, many food products that do not meet the food safety standards flow into the market, which seriously threaten the health of the people. The research of food safety supervision has been a very popular project in the field of public administration theory, because it is closely related to politics, economics and food safety. Therefore, we can use the basic theoretical knowledge of economics, food safety and political science to analyze, systematically carry out theoretical research, discuss the problems existing in food safety supervision in Zhejiang Province at the present stage, and perfect the development countermeasures. To implement the new food safety monitoring policy from the perspective of health benefits. This research is conducive to the effective integration of Zhejiang Province food safety supervision and management system reform of the strategic plan, for the improvement of Zhejiang Province food safety supervision to provide practical basis and ideas, is an important event to ensure the health of the people in China. This paper first introduces the research background of the subject, analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the development of food safety supervision in Zhejiang Province, and explains the research ideas and research methods of this paper. Then from the international and domestic food safety supervision mechanism system investigation and research, the specific in-depth analysis of food safety supervision and management, and the existing Zhejiang Province food safety legal system was evaluated. In order to understand the food safety supervision in Zhejiang Province, there are fundamental problems and deficiencies. Then we learn a reasonable and effective food safety supervision and management model and apply it to the specific supervision mechanism of Zhejiang Province, and put forward some suggestions and considerations for the development of food safety supervision in Zhejiang Province, including what system to establish and which system to perfect. Which puzzles to solve, etc.
