新疆农信支付结算平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:农村金融是在农村的生活、生产等活动中经济流动的金融活动,主要包括信贷、融资、储蓄、转账、汇票以及各类投资活动。 农信支付结算平台需要包括下面几个方面的内容:农信银支付管理(包括通存,通兑等基本业务),农信银银行汇票管理,农信银管理信息(包括交易监控等),账户信息管理,凭证报表管理,农信银公共管理(登录/退出)。在实现该系统的过程中所要达到的目的如下: (1)以农信支付结算平台作为案例,掌握面向对象的软件工程知识,完整了解软件工程的全过程; (2)深入探讨农村信用银行的业务模型和设计; (3)研究农信支付结算平台的软件工程实践; (4)基于B/S的农信支付结算平台的开发与实现; (5)从可扩展性、易用性、安全性及高效率等方面入手,提高软件系统工程的质量。 本系统采用浏览器服务器(B/S)模式进行架构,利用当前开发企业级所用的较为流行的J2EE技术进行系统开发,数据库方面采用了近些年才在企业级数据库应用中崭露头角的开源数据库系统:mysql,整个系统结构合理,设计科学,界面友好,同时拥有良好的成本控制。
[Abstract]:Rural finance is the financial activity of economic flow in rural life, production and other activities, mainly including credit, financing, savings, transfers, bills of exchange and various kinds of investment activities. The payment and settlement platform needs to include the following aspects: bank payment management (including general deposit, general exchange and other basic business), bank draft management, bank management information (including transaction monitoring, account information management, etc.), Certificate statement management, rural credit bank public management (login / exit). The objectives to be achieved in the implementation of the system are as follows: 1) take the payment and settlement platform of Agricultural Credit as a case, master object-oriented software engineering knowledge, and fully understand the whole process of software engineering; (2) deeply discuss the business model and design of rural credit bank; 3) studying the software engineering practice of the payment and settlement platform of Rural Credit; 4) the development and implementation of the payment and settlement platform based on B / S; 5) improving the quality of software system engineering from the aspects of expansibility, ease of use, security and high efficiency. This system adopts browser server / B / S mode to carry on the structure, and uses the popular J2EE technology used in the current development enterprise level to carry on the system development. In database aspect, the open source database system: mysql, which has been emerging in the application of enterprise database in recent years, has reasonable structure, scientific design, friendly interface and good cost control.
