公共管理本质特征及时代性分析

【摘要】：随着社会的发展,人们对于公共管理有了全新的一个认识,公共管理的本质特征主要表现为合作共治性、公共性及服务性,并随着全球经济一体化的形成,又增加了时代性。因而,笔者认为有必要对其公共管理本质的特征进行分析,并阐述在新时代背景下,其所表现出的时代性。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people have a new understanding of public management. The essential characteristics of public management are cooperative communion, public and service, and with the formation of global economic integration and the increase of the times. Therefore, I think it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of the nature of its public management, and explain the nature of the public management. In the background of the new era, it shows the times.
